Great location, amazing facilities and very personal service. Having the underground parking is a huge bonus.

The Bathrooms need a bit of TLC but I understand they are to be done soon.

No shower in bathroom just a hose over the bath and no shower curtain. shower in en-suite but low water pressure. beds in spare room too soft

Absolutely fantastic apartment ! I booked this 10 months in advance and was continually communicated with , Thomas is so friendly and welcoming and the apartment is gorgeous , perfect for a family break. Would definitely recommend.

Very secure flat in a fantastic location - the City is right on your doorstep. Communication with Thomas was excellent and he was very helpful.

Great location with secure parking. Our host, Thomas was lovely and very helpful and welcoming. It felt very secure and overlooked the river which was nice.

Flat was tired and dusty with badly stained carpets in bedrooms. A thorough clean and bit of paint work refreshed and it would feel much nicer.

Balcony and location is stunning amazing views furniture on balcony perfect for morning coffee. Thomas the host made sure we had all essentials condiments which was greatly appreciated. He met us on arrival, showed us around the property and was very flexible with times on arrival and departure which made the stay that much better. Apartment was crystal clean , we would definitely recommend this stay.

So the apartment as mentioned was amazing- only things we would say is that the main bathroom shower head was quite hard to use without a shower cover / curtain, and if there was a second double bed that would have been perfect. (Being very picky here!)

The views are lovely from the living room with floor to ceiling window.

Minor things an this is due to perhaps reckless users before.
