Fun row house in great walkable area. Close to grocery, food, metro etc. we walked to the capitol two days as well. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks!

This is an ideal location for a trip to DC! Safe, quiet neighborhood. 2 blocks from tons of restaurants. Short walk to 2 Metro stations (or even the Capitol). Such great hosts and provided so many thoughtful extras for travelers. One caution would be that the stairs to the 2nd floor/all bedrooms are really tall and steep, so not ideal if climbing stairs is a challenge for you. Otherwise, it was perfect!

This home was perfect for our stay in Washington DC. The home is cozy, clean, comfortable and well-cared for. We loved the interior brick walls! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the street was tree-lined which was especially beautiful in the fall. It was a great advantage to be within walking distance of many major attractions and the row of restaurants. Loved Ted’s Bulletin! We asked our granddaughter (17) to pick the home. She did such a great job! We could not have been happier!

The location of this VRBO was ideal. It was within close proximity to attractions and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. It was a cute little place, well supplied with the necessities and very clean. The check-in process was well communicated and went very smoothly. The property managers were fabulous. Quick to respond and very helpful. If we ever end up in D.C. again we would book this place in a heartbeat!!

Stayed here with our family (elementary and high school age) for a vacation and it was perfect! Loved that there was so much within walking distance. The property was great and communication with the owners was quick and seamless when I made a blunder in our arrival date and I needed to add a night. Would definitely recommend!

This property was fabulous! We were looking for a convenient home away from home for our weeklong trip to DC. This house checked all the boxes. It was easy to get to where we needed to and so comfortable to get "home" after a long day of touristy walking around. Communication was great and the parking pass was an added bonus. We visited DC with our two kids (10 &13), everything about this rental felt perfect! It was in a great location with easy access to transportation and the sites we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet but amenities were easily walkable. The house was well stocked, clean, the air conditioning worked great (important for a mid-July visit). We really like to stay in local neighborhoods when we travel, and this neighborhood was excellent— great restaurants, an outdoor market, shopping, sightseeing, great architecture… I could go on and on. If we ever return to DC, this will definitely be where we stay!

We enjoyed the row house - it was comfortable, clean, and in a convenient location. Nice neighborhood, quiet, with pretty row houses along both sides of the street. Street parking was easy. The beds were comfortable and had nice quality bedding. The option of walking to a grocery to pick up food for breakfast and dinner was great - we didn't have to go to a restaurant every day. The rear yard was a really nice way to be outdoors. We heard the Navy Band play the Star Spangled Banner at 8am when the wind was right as we enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio. The location was close enough for a 20-30 minute walk to the Mall. Although Eastern Market Metro is "close" we found we didn't want to walk there to get to the sights we visited. This house is located in a very convenient area. Barracks Row is just 4 blocks away and has some great restaurants. Grocery store is close too. Very easy to get to many local sites by foot or car. The house was fully stocked and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

Lovely home on a quiet, attractive street. Convenient corner store at the end of the block. Parks nearby. Right near Pennsylvania Ave. with tons of restaurants, CVS, and Eastern Market. Short walk to the Capitol and attractions. Short walk to the Metro too. Really a fantastic place to stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our week stay at the property. Location is wonderful, close to plenty of sites and restaurants. We have much come to appreciate great places that keep basic supplies and extras, as needed, stocked. Beds were comfortable, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and bathrooms well stocked and plenty of clean linens. Communication and instructions from the owners was great! We would absolutely stay there again if we make it back to DC. Thank you!

The location of this house was absolutely perfect. It was just a few blocks to the metro, a few blocks to a number of restaurants, and a few blocks to the Library of Congress and the Capitol. The house itself was very charming. I traveled with my husband and three children and we had enough room. (The one bathroom was challenging at times.) ;) We loved all of the exposed brick and creaky stairs. The house was well stocked. There was so much toilet paper it looked like the beginning of the pandemic. :) There was also plenty of paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and shampoo and soap. They even had a stocked bathroom with anything you might need. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. And at 8:00 am you can hear the national anthem from the marine barracks. That was a cute bonus. ♥️

We had a wonderful stay at this cute townhouse. It was clean and well stocked. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we found the master bed very comfortable. The location is perfect. It is an easy walk to the subway and has both TJs and Whole Foods with in walking distance as well. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and the residents were all friendly. We can't imagine a better place to stay and hope to be back

We loved staying at this property! The home was very clean and provided anything you could want. My favorite time of day was sitting in the backyard private garden each morning, drinking coffee, and listening to the birds sing. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. It was very comfortable and we had a great time!

What a wonderful experience. It’s hard to tell your location vis map. How close or how far you are. Surprisingly we were in walking distance of a lot of things. The Eastern Market was a few blocks up. The Navy Yard and water front was a few blocks down from us. There’s plenty of restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed and then some. No problem with street parking.

Wonderful cozy and comfortable setting from which to head out walking each day to see the DC sights. Convenient location in a charming neighborhood, well lit at night so walking to nearby restaurants felt very safe. Great spot I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

The property was as advertised. It was clean, communication with the owner was effective, the unit was conveniently located, and provided a very relaxing place after some hot and humid days in DC.

This beautiful, clean rowhouse was perfect for our family, nice location for access to the Metro, as well as easy parking for the rental car we used for out of town excursions. Great communication with the owner as well. Highly recommended.

Great home base for DC trip. 10 minute walk to metro, grocery store and restaurants. No need to rent a car! The house was very comfortable and stocked for basic needs. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a cute place. Both bedrooms and the single bathroom are upstairs. The hosts supply you with everything you need- so many extras in the bathroom! The closest metro station is a 9 minute walk away and can connect you to ALL of the tourist spots you might want to explore! The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to messages via the VRBO app. My 13 year old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Pictures do not do justice. The bunk room is great for kids, beds are comfy, kitchen has all the basics, great restaurants and grocery stores are in walking distance as is an entrance to the metro. The neighbor is quaint and easy to navigate. Owner responsive and welcoming. It was the perfect base for our family as we explored DC.

This townhome was perfect for our needs. We were visiting DC at the tail end of the COVID restrictions in July so we weren’t sure how much access we’d have to the sites and wanted a place that would be comfortable if we needed to spend longer times than normal inside. This property fit the bill. Although the townhome was on the small side for what we normally rent, it never felt cramped or tight. The pictures accurately show what you are renting. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The property was very well equipped (kitchen and towels, etc), possibly the best I’ve ever rented. The location was great. Close to everything. We rented a car and had no issues finding parking on the street. This allowed us to venture outside of the DC area too. We appreciated the AC during the swampy DC July heat. It was a relief to walk in the front door and cool down. This property definitely helped make our trip a success! Thank you for letting us stay there.
