The location and how comfortable it was

We stayed for 19 nights but there was no cleaning throughout our stay.

How friendly the staff were and always willing to assit me with any issues that directly have anything to do with my stay. Example - Now knowing what cab. I lost my cell in a cab and the staff fold them.

No fault of the hotel but I had to stay in my hotel room due to a tornado. However, the staff ensured that I had extra blankets, gave me instructions on how to be safe and provide me with a flashlight.

Ambiance and very comfortable accommodation

This location was very convenient for working at Kadena AB. In-Room laundry and kitchen appliances were exceptional options. Many choices for dining within walking distance. All rooms had a great view of the harbor.

Check-in was somewhat frustrating after a long day of traveling. Perhaps you could put a bullseye on the video button that says "Start Here!"

Fantastic! very clean, comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, walking distance to American Village, extremely nice owners and very helpful. couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

TV could be a little larger and if you have a van and park late at night there are only 6 parking spots outside and you have to park a block away and pay 400 yen a night. it only happened once in 3 weeks though. there are several spots underneath the building to park for smaller cars.

location was great, outside tub and view were spot on. Very comfortable stay for family

check in was way too complicated, too many steps just to get your key.
