Staff was polite. The rest was all bad. Metro is a bit of a walk. Area is dodgy.

Motel. Prostitutes coming in and out. Screaming the whole day and night. They have loud music ON nonstop to try to cover their sound. Impossible to sleep! I was exhausted, no soundproof, you can hear everything, even people TV. Cleaner works at 3am, rolling the trolley everywhere. Keeps knocking on your door to check if you need cleaning. Couldnt even take a nap in peace!

No ac or fans. The rooms were a bit warm

unbeatable price. Very close to metro and metrobus. The bedsheets are in a very good state compared to other hotels with similar price. There is enough silence to sleep well. The bed is also very big, which is always nice.

The bathroom door decoration is very cringe (cishet-male-centric if you ask me) and the material is almost transparent. It makes a very weird noise when you open it, like it is going to break.

Nothing, drug dealers everywhere, no female staff my wife was terrified at the young men being so rude

I told them I would file a complaint with booking if things didn’t improve, the next day they stole my passport and Wallet during cleaning

At the Saturday night, it was noisy. No baggage storage. Towels smell bad.

The room was clean and the staff were Great.

There is not any air condition, elevator and bottle of water inside the rooms. Also there is not any liquid soap in the rooms. In the morning at 8 am there was a music and I could not sleep. But, regarding the money you pay, believe me that all of these are ignorable.

Good relation quality / price

This hotel, located in the heart of Mexico offers a perfect price/quality balance. The rooms are lavishly equipped for the price tag suggested. Reception is open 24 hours which is also an advantage.

For all the pros of this hotel it should be noticed that its low prices attract people for overnight parties and neither these guests nor hotel administration care about the noise level in the premise. As the result, you stay in a decent room for its price where you litterally can't sleep a wink. In addition noise insulation in the rooms is veeery far from being perfect.

pay for what you get for. shower was nice and warm. check in was quick and many tasty restaurants and tiendas around for you to enjoy your stay.

the internet went out at 1 in the morning and wasn't back till i left. i was extremely upset however i used the rest of my telcel hotspot data. internet is a must for my trips as i'm a travel agent and i need internet for everything. i would have given this place a 8 or 9 if the internet had stayed on

Amazing value for money and great location in the centre. You can easily walk to the cathedral and the neighbourhood is local yet has a little hipster feel to it. Close to other great neighbourhoods you can walk to as well. Yes, it's an 'adult' hotel (you know what I mean...), but modern, very clean, with big beds and nice shower. Surprisingly quiet for the location too. Will you get a fancy luxury hotel? No. But for the price you get a very decent, clean, nice room. Wifi was great too, and within few blocks there are both very local cheap eateries, and also a great vegan place! Would definitely stay here again when back in Mexico City.

Staff doesn't speak English but hey, you are in Mexico! You'll do fine with a few basic phrases of Spanish.

A very good room for a reasonable price

The description says that there's wi-fi available in the hotel but there's no wi-fi at all which is also informed at the reception desk. The shared lounge is neither available unlike it's stated on booking.com so this information is also misleading.

This hotel has a normal location and it's clean. It also has a parking space.

The only thing I didn't like was noise outside even at night.
