A un paso del centro y con parking con acceso directo al hotel. Fruta y agua de cortesía en la recepción, y cafetera con té y café en la habitación. Almohadas súper cómodas y no se oye ni un ruido a pesar de tener habitación exterior. Todo súper limpio y nuevo.

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt.

It was clean and comfortable.

However, there was no possibility to open the window in our room. The AC was turned on but still it would have been nice to get some fresh air. Sleeping with an air conditioning was not the greatest experience.

The place was close to the city centre.  There was everything to ask for.  We would definitely stay again.

All good.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and looked new. Beds are comfy. Great location! Breakfast was tasty. Great stay!!!

Very good size bed and good positioning

I stayed in a hotel from the same chain, but in Wien and I had thus the opportunity to compare the two facilities. The hotel in Linz offers a smaller room for the same prize. Rooms looks identical, only that in Linz the toilet is in the same space with the rest of the bathroom, while in Wien it is separated in another room. The hotel in Linz lacks proper management as the staff is rude and not helping very much, although I spoke German. The room can see better cleaning and the restaurant even more. In total we got lower quality for comparable price, only this is Linz, not the capital.

Missing pillows in one of the rooms. The hotel name was different than the name on Booking. Therefore, it is difficult to identify it. Parking is not included in the room price.

I booked a ‘superior’ room but they didn’t have one available. The room was very small and only one elevator was working.

I totally admired the size of the room and its beautiful furniture, especially the bathroom was extraordinarly nice. Breakfast was also downright amazing, there were numerous choices of food, many great drinks, etc. Also the staff was incredibly polite and ready to help with everything.

Very nice room with brand-new furniture and decor, furniture arranged in a functional way. Room has air-con and has a small fridge. Fresh apples provided at lobby. Location is good, in the middle of the old town.

Without kettle in the room and tea/coffee at the lobby has to be paid. And room is a bit small.

The location is excellent. Just a few-minute walk to the main square and about 15 minutes from the main railway station. Although the hotel is situated right in the centre, it was very quiet and we didn´t hear any noise from the street. Lovely rich breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. We will definitely choose this place again while staying in Linz. And a little benefit was the view at the spire of Mariendom. :)
