Nice decor in a classic building. Very close to the bus station and town centre. Very nice staff. Clean. Comfy bed with a huge duvet.

Unfortunately, the place was extremely noisy - especially from the inside. Sleepless two nights, zombie state. Other guests arriving at various hours of the night (2,3,5 am) using loud elevator. You can hear people talking, having sex in rooms next to you or above. Worst of all, some commercial engine - AC? Water heater? - started on each night at 4 and 5am and then kept me awake with the constant buzz for 1-2h, akin to a washing machine or a hoover going over your head. Also, one can hear noise from outside late into the night.

Location just blocks from the 1866 square with shops and groceries plus the Venetian harbor was just a short walk away. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The character of the building with high ceilings and original tile floors plus fresh modern bathroom made for a really nice stay

Would like a bit of bedding for the dogs since they weren’t allowed on furniture. And some water bowls would be a nice touch

Wonderful place to stay. Very close to Chania old port and very easy to get out from the city quickly. Irini made our stance very nice and they can arrange excursions (Samaria Gorge...) Very quickly and better than internet companies.

Absolutamente todos los detalles del hotel y la habitación. Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones, nuevo y muy limpio. El olor a fresco y limpio en todas las instalaciones. El personal muy amable y acogedor, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con trato cercano. Repetiríamos sin duda alguna!

Mosaic Hotel is in a great location a 5 minute walk just outside the old city. Irini greeted us and was always happy to assist with our questions and offer sightseeing suggestions.  Breakfast was very nice and generous, and the rooms were tastefully presented and welcoming. Great location, nearby the old port and fun area. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very nice and equipped. Would absolutely stay there again.

Nice room and walkable to all attractions while being a bit out of the old town, which makes it more relaxing. Comfortable and big bed.

The water pressure in the bathroom can be better.

We had a wonderful stay at Mosaic Hotel, the location was peaceful, but close to everything, and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Everything was clean and had such a cute vibe. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom was nice and very well equipped. I hope we will visit Chania again soon.

It was very difficult to park in the area. It’s a shame there was no breakfast room.

fantastic hotel, clean, tidy and with a very kind staff. It is within walking distance of the fantastic Venetian harbour, I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning a holiday in Chania.

Slightly noisy sometimes but also the cons of being well located in town.

It is very central but in the same time is very quite, you can just walk in 5-6 mins to the old Chania City.

Clean and spacious room, literally 2 steps from the city center. In a quiet street with many nice shops and cafes around. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
