Nothing to be honest, it was my first time and the last.

Not that clean, plus some weird smell in the entire room, i was coughing, the AC filter i think was dirty bcs the air was so full of dust

repeated noise from the ventilation in the night

Was everything perfect

It was close to my work place and was easy to find, easy to access, no stairs to climb.

The apartment did have a working tv but not a single channel was working, the wifi was almost unusable, after relocating a wifi repeater i found i could manage to get a somewhat usable transfer speed, and the kitchenette was very poorly equiped. No pan for example for my usual eggs, amd the room had some old dust here and there. Parking space was a hit and miss.. depends on what time of the day you try to park. Its free.

Very affordable, very close to a lot of facilities.

The bathroom could be a bit more maintened. Don't misunderstand it was spotless, I am referring more to the state of the furniture that were present.

Location, number of floors, comfortable beds.

Broken chairs in the kitchen, no kettle, hair dryer not working.

It was ready even if I booked it last minute. Self-checkin. Spacious.
