all of workers was friendly and helpful, room was clean

there is no AC in the room , so we kept window open but because of the loud music from downstairs it was difficult to sleep .

We had 3 pillows and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and it had a nice shower gel.

The breakfast options. For a 4 star hotel I was expecting better coffee and varied food and natural orange juice.

Outdated hotel. Used furniture, antique TV, used towels, used carpet. Toiletries at the 2-star level. Deceptive marketing. A hotel at a 2-star level. Unpleasant mattress and pillows.

Decent place, clean, good wifi, free parking, fast check-in/check-out

Maybe it was a 4* hotel some years ago...Now, at least half of star vanished, as passing years left marks on it... breakfast, much below standards

Location is very good, really close to most of attractions. Lobby and bar areas are nice

Had an economy room which was quite outdated. The bathroom as well. The breakfast was bad all around. Bad looking restaurant, low selection and quality. The staff didn't pay attention to finished products.

We chose this hotel because it is close to Cluj Arena but the hotel is a 3 stars old and not a 4 stars… The bed was really comfortable and the room had it’s on system of heating but in the hotel was very cold. Pleasant staff at reception.

Main problem is the very old furniture and lack of water from room( all 4 stars hotel leave you a bottle or 2 of water- free of charge) here was not the case as you could serve only the one from the fridge( with additional charge) . Breakfast was mediocre: eggs, scrambled eggs, juice ( several bottles on the main table so you can serve yourself), butter, jam, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, some croissants ( but old), fruits apples, coffee was bad(at least not on my taste at all). the bread machine was a little old too as I had to re-do the bread 3 times… The room was initially a twin room- updated in a double room by getting together the two beds. only thing is that you can easily see that as the socket was behind the pillow( see pictures) Overall- I would say that the price we paid was too high in comparison with what we received.

Room decor was very dated, the plastering in the room very uneven, balcony not cleaned, the cleanliness of stairwell and corridors, stained carpet.

Breakfast is good, nothing special, but fair. Central position, few minutes walking from downtown.

We checked-in in late evening, aroung 8 p.m. We had a dinner at the Restaurant in the holel (pretty good, in truth). When we got back to the hotel rooms (around 10.15 pm), we realized the mini-bar was empty. We need just some water, but the bar at the hotel was already closed, and we didn't manage to get any water at the hotel. Being a 4 stars hotel, we expect to have at very least a couple of bottle of water in the room....
