It's a beautiful apartment with everything you need on a perfect location.
You need to shower in the bathtub, which makes the whole bathroom wet

Very central location and everything was within easy walking distance. The apartment was large and in the traditional style. The kitchen, fridge, and tv were all great. The hot water was excellent. The host was very friendly and helpful.
I stayed in July, it was hot and there was no air conditioning. At night, the alleyway to get to the main door was quite dark until you reach the door when the sensor light activates. The bath is very nice, but it is not very good for showering.

Right in the middle of the city centre, spacious apartment, and with plenty of room to work remotely, with a great WiFi connection. The check-in was also very efficient. Very pleasant stay!

Basic apartment but amazing location. Retro feel to the design. Not a boring modern apartment. High ceilings and a lot of character.
Some building work to shop unit below but noise only after 10am and finished by 4pm. Didn't bother me.

The apartment itself very nice .
It was pretty cold outside the side, and the heat of the apartment was not enough, although we tried to raise the temperature, but it didn't help.

Best location and the apartment is simply amazing.Easy check in and was nice to have parking as well.The decor of the apartment is really beautiful done and bed was very comfortable.Will definetly come back to this location.As it was winter,the heating was perfect and it was really hot inside the apartment.Rooms were big and the dining table made a difference

We had a memorable stay at the Kote Haus. Clean, comfortable, nicely designed and centrally located apartment. We will be back.

It is placed directly with the bedroom windows on the main street, which is very noisy, even in the middle of the night. Very hard to sleep.
