Check-in information and photos were excellent. Hosts spoke very good English. We were allowed early access (probably due to time of year). There was an excellent information booklet provided in French and English that came in very handy. Hosts provided a number of bottles of wine and champagne that can be bought on an honesty basis. The apartment size is very good and has a good layout. Blackout blinds worked well and the beds are very comfortable. Heating is effective and relatively easy to manage. Excellent location in a quiet street but still only 10 minutes slow walk to the town centre. 12 minutes walk to Avenue de Champagne. Parking is excellent, secure, undercover and free. The WiFi is fast, reliable and easy to access. Good quality towels and linen. Good iron and ironing board. We would stay here again when in Epernay.
Beware that you have to drag your luggage up three levels of dark staircases. Info booklet provided instructions to access games room but the room was not available. The tumble dryer was not working but the host offered to dry our washing but didn't respond to either repair the dryer or arrange a time to collect the washing. Booking.com stated that the property had a garden but there was no evidence that one existed. More details are needed on location of rubbish bins and recycling process. The kitchen doesn't have an oven so self catering is a bit of an issue unless you eat microwavable food. The fire place is noted as a feature but it only worked as an illumination producing no heat. One lamp bulb was not working but there were no replacement bulbs available. The sofa is a also a sofa bed. It may work as a bed but it has to be the worst sofa we have ever tried to sit upon. The TV is very good with the ability to select Broadcasts in the original language so we had some limited English TV shows but there is no streaming capability.

Beautifully designed. We loved the attention to detail. Handy for a quick walk into the centre of Epernay. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed.

The apartment was amazing. We received clear instructions to get in, parking in the little courtyard is a big bonus. The apartment was clean and very spacious and the decor is really cool. You habe all needed appliances there and a supermarket is 5 minutes away on foot. To get to the center it is a 15 min walk, so not too far away. The hosts were very friendly and we loved our stay there. Would definitely recommend!
The water pressure for cold water in the shower isn’t great
Not a problem for us, but good to know: our apartment was on the top floor, might be a problem to access with mobility issues.

very stylish place, convenient facilities and location. Breakfast was good and communication smooth and easy. Shame we didn't get to meet the hosts ;)

In Epernay, a much larger town than I expected. The 'flat' (2 bedrooms plus living area and kitchen) are eclectically but nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable (Queen in one, 2 singles in second). Good bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Small kitchen but full fridge, microwave and induction cooktop. Dinning table. Reasonable TV (one English language channel, sometimes). Safe OFF street parking!! Unheard of in Epernay!. BIGGEST bonus - a proper portable AC cools the living area and rooms. Absolutely necessary in a French summer! I would definitely stay here again especially if more than a few days.
Two steep flights of stairs to apartment - not good if arthritic. A few pubs and cheap/pizza restaraunts near by - youll need to drive to the Champagne galleries or quality restaurants.

We were 4 adult friends and we stayed 4 nights in the top floor apartment with the red kitchen. We used the off street parking. The apartment is clean, fully equipped, quiet, and just like the photos. We used the sofa bed which was comfortable and easy to use. We were able to easily walk everywhere in Epernay. Isabelle was easy to contact and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in her apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable with everything you may need for your stay with a baby. There is a baby chair, cot, changing mat, bath and toys for a baby.
The host accommodated our request for earlier check in and was so nice.

Awesome stay. Isabelle was so brilliant as a host - we were made to feel super welcome and she couldn't have been more accommodating with probably really annoying extra requests such as taxis and birthday cake....
The place is beautifully furnished - quirky but practical. Location is great and secure parking was much appreciated.

Great location. Two bakeries within 5 mins walk. A nice good value restaurant nearby. Walking distance to town centre and the champagne avenue. Isabelle provided bikes for us to use free of charge which made our champagne tasting trip to Hautvillers extra special. Flat was spacious and clean. Kitchen has everything we needed. Bathroom has nice quality towels. Beds were comfy. Blackout blinds and quiet location helped improve sleeping. Isabelle was very patient and helpful.
The booklet on the kitchen table contained helpful information. It is a shame that the English translation was not very clear could do with an update and proofreading.

Everything was fantastic, I would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Epernay. Very close to town centre and safe secure parking. The apartment exceeded all our expectations.

Isabelle was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions. The apartment was eclectically furnished with everything you could need including a washing machine and dryer.
Parking was off the street and behind a gate.
Just a short walk in to the centre of town.
There are two floors of narrow stairs to get to the apartment which might make it difficult for some with luggage.

Nice location on a quiet street five minutes walk from town centre. Nice decor and good facilities. Plenty of room for family of five. Great, off-street parking.
Even had a couple of bikes to use.
Bit warm in the rooms, despite an air con unit, but we were there in very hot weather! Couldn’t close living room Velux window due to the air con unit so my son woke quite early due to street noise. Probably only an issue during this very hot summer though!
