The breakfast was great and very large. The hosts were awesome. The location is very quiet and with fresh air. I would recommend and will come back for sure! The beds are the best ever!

Very quiet and pleasant. Near biking trails toward the north. Double-portion breakfast. Easy parking. I had spent two nights during a heatwave and I was able to sleep with open windows. Very relaxing.

Kasia and Rafal, once again thank you very much for your hospitality and welcoming. It was great pleasure meeting with you spending the weekend at your place!

The room is quite small

People were trying to be friendly. Breakfest was ok.

1) location. 3-Studio is in the middle of "nowhere" - 45min to the city centre. Neighborhood of renovation plants etc. 2) accuracy of description. On booking.com page there was lot of inaccurate informations: a) Instead 1 large bed i received room cluttered with 3 small beds (completely useless if traveling alone) b) Terrace - apeared to be half oppened window - in front of the parking and car in front c) quiet room prooved to be difficult to stand due to fridge with it's high pitch noise. When asked to turn it off (i was staying 3 days) lordlady answered that it is "difficult to do" d) fridge was full of some owner's products!! - perhaps it was a reason why switching it off was so difficult…. e) furniture was combination of randomly chosen components. Used pretty much. f) coffe machine was a joke. Refilling, cleaning, rinsing etc - insead receiving cup of coffe…. 3) place was pretty cold, and there were problems with the water. Overall feeling - old, used, cluttered with useless furniture. I felt not like in my own space, but like a unwelcome guest in somebodey's house. On top of everything: 3 weeks passed and I did not received a recipe/invoice I asked for!!!

The owners were super nice and made their best to make our stay perfect. Fully equipped modern studio worth visiting again. Breakfast was tasty and prepared for the time we agreed in before.
