The location was fantastic, very handy to a couple of exceptional eating place. The accommodation was quaint and so comfortable and clean with everything we needed.

Great location. Property was spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the attention to details such as child friendly plates, little welcome gifts & some fresh milk in. Andrew was clear in his communications.

If I'm being picky, some areas could use a bit of a refresh. The TV didn't always work Bigger towels but thats personal preference!

The peaceful location and attention to detail...the beautiful pots of flowers outside and the garden lighting, the snuggle blanket thoughtfully provided and draped over the sofa for colder nights, a bottle of beer,biscuits,tea, coffee and even fresh milk in fridge awaiting weary travellers and a very useful information file of local maps, walks, amenities and emergency numbers. The owners of this property understand the value of making their customers feel welcome and valued.Thank you. The cottage itself was homely and a perfect bolt hole for a relaxing few days away.For the price we paid we would highly recommend this property.

Oh it was good value for money there is nothing to complain about when the price was very fair

Warm and very clean on arrival. Complimentary tea,coffee & milk in the fridge (and a Black Sheep beer which was a lovely touch). Plenty of lovely local walks on the doorstep and near to a Co-op for essentials. Enjoyed an evening meal at The Bay Horse-great food & service. Very helpful host with good communication. We left something behind which Andrew very kindly posted onto us. Look forward to returning & would definitely recommend!

Great location, everything accessible, traditionally English, well equipped cottage, very clean, helpful and contactable when needed. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, cosy, well looked after and close to shops in centre of Masham. Peaceful place to relax. Good shower and comfortable beds.

Better arrangement/positioning of seating/TV for three people watching the TV together. Breakfast bar seating was not very comfortable but understand it was trying to provide a dining area in limited space.

Everything about the lodge was lovely and homey. Perfect for our family holiday.

The location was excellent, the property was very comfortable, cozy and well equipped. Very good restaurants nearby.

The only very slight downside was the tv was pretty small and we lost WiFi connection.
