The room is not well maintened. The breakfast was terrible, cold cheese bread, I asked for eggs without butter and she said "that is only what we have in the buffet". I also asked for no lactose milk and there wasn´t. Melia and Vitoria are way better.

modern, clean and excellent breakfast which is included. the room was a little tight but the beds were a good size and with the sofa bed was perfect for 3 people. it was nice to have the kitchen. They also have a washer and dryer which was very convenient.

Very good location, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

I tried using the laundry service and it didn't work. The OMO app did not work for me. The QR code on the wall that you're supposed to use didn't work. I informed the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Wash cloths would be a great addition to their towel system too. I miss not having that.

Breakfast is limited in terms of bread selection. Walls seems to be made from cardboard.

Excellent Location and great accommodations. Nice staff, love the restaurant downstairs as well. the hotel has an awesome roof top with a pool, gym and tables to hang out with a wonderful view of the city Laundry room that you can control on your phone

if you have small children, choose a lower floor because of the balcony
