The room is very well and tastefully fitted and spacious. Their light supper toasted sandwiches is a good idea but I was grateful when Fari made me some mealie meal porridge which is what I perferred.
The breakfast selection is very limited to eggs etc. good idea to have cereals, vegan/vegetarian options including alternative milks, fruits.

The rooms are very well maintained and clean. Delicious and freshly prepared breakfast served at Jacaranda and the
overall service was excellent. Staff are very friendly and check in regularly to ensure all is well.

The staff members gave a vibe of as if they are being bothered when asked for something.
They were not too happy to help.

Location was excellent in a very quiet neighbourhood and the bonus was having a security guard onsite overnight which made us feel more comfortable. Breakfast was ok, maybe in the future they could offer more choices for vegetarians. The staff went above and beyondto make sure that we had everything we needed. Sisi Fari and Sarah were very professional and I would stay here without a doubt when back in Harare. This was truly a home away from home. And thank you to Samira as well, absolutely exceptional host.

I had meetings at ZimParks HQ, so the location was perfect.

Friendly staff and breakfast was good.
You have to pay in cash, which is super annoying. Also, make sure to order a taxi very early as I had to wait 50 mins and almost missed my flight due to that.

Jacaranda is amazing!! I stayed her for four nights and was so surprised and impressed with the accomodation. The photos dont do it justice at all. I had my own little cottage / room with a patio. The rooms are neat and well decorated. The bed was super comfortable, perfect aircon, excellent wifi, nice little bathroom, perfect movie channels and little bar fridge. The breakfast was also excellent. The garden is so lush with a big pool For me it was perfect and excellent value for money.

I loved the location and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was perfect and set you up for the day.

The breakfast was amazing every morning. The property was very well taken care of and it looked fabulous. I could sit out by the pool and relax in peace and not worry about a dang thing.
My room was right beside the breakfast area. There was one morning where people were having breakfast at 6:00am and were very loud. After that morning they left and all was good.
