Lovely room

The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The check in time was early (2pm) and we didn't have to leave until 11am. We were easily able to park in the hotel car park. The suite was really quirky, being in the eves. The bedroom had a small sofa and a mini fridge, which were a bonus and the bed was really comfortable. We really chose this for the two baths (as we only have a shower at home), and they did not disappoint. There was a large TV in the bathroom as well as the bedroom.

The only issue was that there was only one rail with three coat hangers for your clothes. The room would benefit from a chest of drawers, as I realise that the shape of the room would not allow for a wardrobe.

Key didn't work. Had to ring someone to come out at midnight to get into our room. No water pressure unable to have a shower in the morning.

Everything, the room was amazing didn’t want to come home. Staff where very helpful and lovely xx

Room tiny..Steep narrow stairs to room, should have been mentioned..No food available...No soundproofing? Had to listen to people in next room talking til after midnight.!!!

Noisy guest on our last night, kept us awake most of the night!

Bed was huge and very comfortable

Note that breakfast is not available. Website says a cafe is 50m away; I checked with staff who told me it opens at 7am. This is not the case - I let myself out of the hotel, dropped my door key through letterbox and then discovered cafe doesn't open until 9am. I ended up wandering on the high street in the rain with a croissant from the petrol station for an hour :-(
