Unfortunately theis apartment was a dissapointment. We came with a baby and the apartment smelled like cigarrets our whole stay... the staff said they would clean and put anti-smell spray but after 2 days the cigarrete smell was still very present. Everytime we opened the door of the apartment, it smelled so much like cigarrets... also it was not well cleaned, there were hairs everywhere, even in the kitchen cabinets. The toilet seat had dry drops (God knows of what!)... and dont let yourself get fooled by the pool pictures... it was a huge mess, the water is blurry, super crowded all the time, almost impossible to use the pool - in different times of the day but specially at night. The elevators were a nightmare. This apartment is on 35th floor and we had to wait for sure 5 minutes everytime we needed to go back or leave and they stop in every floor... please prepare yourself at least 15 min in advance before you leave the house.

It’s in a very good location, central to CBD and golden triangle. Walking distance from most malls, KL rapid line, grab rides, etc. Staff was friendly and responsive. Check in and check out fuss-free. Property is clean, furnishings are basic but having access to washer and dryer comes in handy so we did not have to pack much. Sky deck has lovely views of the city and its many skyscrapers. Security is good. Building is manned 24/7.

Have to wait a long time for lifts. Cleaners do not use service lifts so holds up the lifts meant for guests. Safety features can be improved. There should be fire and emergency escape plans and routes for guests - there were none. Basic fire extinguishers should be made available and visible to guests. There were none in the apartments and none in the hallway now stairways. I wonder how the building passed fire and emergency planning. These are more feedback for the building overall not for the apartment itself.

The apartment was great - it’s a good size and clean. Location is good - walking distance to Petronis Twin Towers. The pool is fantastic and the bar on Level 51 also is awesome. Sam is responsive and helpful to any questions and requests.

It would have been good to have some tourist info in the room, e.g. closest convention store, closest bus & train station, restaurants etc to help understand the area. The staff in the hotel are not attached to the apartment so will not help. The tiles outside the pool are extremely slippery so just be careful.

No Cleaning. No cleaning even after 3 days, until unless requested ! We requested to change towels, we got. No room cleaning in our stay ! I mentioned that on the check out day. Then Mr.Asif told us ‘the system works like Airbnb. I think I didn’t book for Airbnb type for this COST! It is a motel in prime location, the customer shouldn’t request for regular cleaning or towel change. The money we spent was not at all cheap. We expected better room service. Other than that location wise it was good. Thanks for listening.

everything was good. We whole family enjoyed staying there. The location was good and easily accessible to transport, apart from this kids enjoyed the pool and the scenery from the room and the pool area.

Inadequate towels, only two bath towels, no hand towels, washcloths, or pool towels. (There was a beautiful infinity pool). That was our only, very minor, complaint.
