Its proximity to the place I was visiting.

For a room in this price range and location to not have a private bathroom is rather incredible. No breakfast options or tips to find them in the area. The room had a view of a torn down building plot with the demolition machinery parked right outside the window. The room got unbearably hot even with only modest summer temperatures. I doubt I will return to this place.

Easy to reach hotel in the middle between the city center and the airport. Easy check-in with a Tablet in the room.

The stuff is very introverted and not really friendly. The shared bathroom wasn’t clean enough. There was no toilet paper in the shared bathroom.

everything is clean and it is really good value for the money. stayed with my 4 year old son who enjoyed it as well. it is a self-service accommodation but the staff called and checked about our stay.

The bed is large and nice.

SleepCPH in Copenhagen is unmanned. It is all automated. No staff. My flight was delayed and I was 34 hours late checking in. (Additionally the airline lost my luggage and I did not have a converter to charge my phone). The property cancelled my reservation, even though I was able to send a text explaining my delay. And forced me to pay for a second booking As the hotel/hostel is not manned there was no one to speak with concerning my double charge.

There is no staff in site. Property canceled a room that was already paid for. This was not due to a queue, there were not others “waiting/needing” a room

The beds were not made when we arived.

The location was nice, we checked-in by ourselves and could leave our luggage for free in the hotel earlier. There are quite enough bathrooms even tho you don’t have one in the room.

Quick connection from hotel services, cleaning for all places. You can use kitchen in case of necessity.

Room was not ready on the 14:00which was our check-in time.

The room, linen, towels and the common spaces were clean. Big room for Denmark standards. The distance to the city centre is not walkable, but Sleepcph is only 5 minutes walk from the metro station which is on the line to/from CPH airport.

Bed not that comfortable. The last (whole) day there was no soap in one of the bathrooms. Had to take from the next bathroom. Assume it's regular in Denmark, but personally didn't like that men/women bathrooms were common.

The communication was timely and detailed. The building and rooms were basic along with being functional. The neighborhood had shops, restaurants and bakery near by. We felt safe day and evening. The walk from the Metro was easy. I appreciated that the place offered washer and dryers to use.

Instructions on how to operate the washer and dryer would have been helpful to me. I am able to do stairs but I did not see an elevator. If it has an elevator I did not see signage for it.

- customer support is great! helpful and very friendly - bed is comfy - super quiet place! haven’t heard a sound during my stay - room is very spacious - easily drop off my luggage in the locker before checking in - my room was ready even before set check in time - about what I was notified by an sms! amazing! you just need to request early check in - it’s for free

- shower / toilet was on the first floor, have to go downstairs - showers were clean during the day, in the evening they were so-so - coffee from the coffee machine

Clean, spacious, quiet, beautiful and comfy. i love the code system for entering both the hostel and the rooms, very smart and easy.

The area has not much around but nothing wrong with it. Check out could be 12 instead of 11 :)

I like the location, and I the price makes sense for a super short stop, before an early flight from the airport.

On the bed nearest the door, the linen was not really clean, there was hairs and some small stains on it and I to me looked like someone had laid on/in it, without sleeping a full night in it, so I slept in the other side of the bed. When I came it was quite cold in the room (heater was on "1"), so I turned the heater up to just under 3. When I woke up the next morning, it was however just as cold as the night before. There was no audible flow through the heater when turned up Finally I booked the room the day before my stay, whilst I was at work. During the day I received 8(!) emails, 5 text messages and a phone call from SleepCPH. It was so that it became a bit of a hazzle. Generally all the contacting was to ask me/get me to fill out the "check-in form", which generally is a gathering of "statistical" data (and an expected check-in time), which I know is great for SleepCPH to have, but which I would not bother my clients with, with the persistency laid out.

Very good value for the price we paid. Nice place to spend a few days if you intend to spend a lot of time wandering the city.

It is kind of small, and it would be good if they had like a drawer.

Near to the airport with short walking distance to the metro station. Room was clean and spacious. Shared bathrooms were very good equiped and clean. I highly recommend this place.
