Well located, friendly staff.

Although the reception is very clean, when you go up in the lift, the floors are not so great. Carpet is very shabby. And in the room, the toilet really needs to be either replaced or deep clean, as it has become stained over the years. Also a little bit of mould on the wood beside the shower unit. There needs to be more attention to detail the relation cleanliness in the bathroom.

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine gute Größe, Betten bequem. KÜCHE ausreichend ausgestattet auch mit Topf und Pfanne. Kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof.

Das Bad ist schon etwas abgenutzt, z.b. aufgequollenes Laminat. Straßenlärm kann als störend empfunden werden, hielt sich nach unserem Empfinden aber in Grenzen. Um die Unterkunft herum ist es etwas schmuddelig.

Pudimos utilizar el parking (pagando, recomendaría valorar el citypass para poder usar parkings por la ciudad) El trato en recepción fue muy agradable y dispuestos a ayudar La ubicación es aceptable para ir al centro (andar 5 minutos y tranvía, o caminar 15/20 por el rio)

En la oficina de turismo nos describieron la zona como “el barrio de las clases populares”, por la noche no da la sensación de seguro, aunque realmente no tuvimos problemas. La recepción, nuestra habitación, el parking…todo en edificios separados.

Die Sauberkeit. Das Bad hätte vorher besser geputzt werden können.

Es un hotel pequeño, con habitaciones provistas con lo necesario y limpio. Tiene aire acondicionado. Está ubicado a unos 25 min caminando de la ciudad amurallada. Pero es una caminata grata. Tiene estacionamiento privado.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Cuesta incluso ubicar las maletas. puerta ducha de corrredera no funcionaba.

Personale cordiale e disponibile. La possibilità di lasciare le borse. La struttura è abbastanza carina, nuova tenuta in gener bene. Vicino alla stazione saint Jean ed al bus 1 che ci lascia all'aeroporto.

Box doccia rotto nella base. Sapone per la doccia insufficiente, non c'era uno scolapiatti o uno strofinaccio per asciugare. Il puzzo perenne di mangiare con spezzie, nel corridoio. Il quartiere è un po' pauroso perché tenuto peggio e pieno di negozi etnici ovviamente anche le persone. Avrei preferito qualcosa di più tipica francese.

The kitchen had crockery, cutlery and pots to use but not mentioned on th website.

The cups were dirty. The mattress had a,big old stain at the top. The floor was sticky to walk on and the floor edges were dirty. You could do better.

The room was a good size, bed a good size. Liked that it had a kitchenette, so you could do your own breakfast, tea and coffee. The bathroom was lovely. The tram was about a 10 min walk.

The area. I wouldn’t feel safe at night. The noise, the nightclub opposite. It was hazardous walking to the tram, they had dug up roads and pathways, and couldn’t see anyone working on it. There was a park nearby where I walked the dog, but it was not attractive and didn’t help that there were men sitting drinking beer.

Strong moldy smell in the bathroom

The location was perfect, close to where I wanted to go and visit. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Very happy with my stay and staff.

The staff was friendly, check in was easy, breakfast was plenty and diverse. The room was nice and clean, good light, good heating, plenty of space.

There was no hair drier in the room nor to be lended from the reception; the mattress in my first room (203F) was terrible (sunk completely in the middle); the morning after my first night I asked to change room because of the mattress, which was immediately accepted. I didn't want to have to come back at 2pm just to check in, so I spent the whole day out. I called to ask if I could come late to check in again, I was told yes but when I arrived around 11:30 PM there was no key waiting for me. The person at the desk was super friendly but was the security gentleman, who had not been left a key for me and to whom I had to explain the whole situation in order to get a key. This would have been unnecessary if the staff that changed me to another room had left him a key. To add, there was some sort of disco or whatever just across the street so there was loud music until 1 am on both days.

The Room was perfect and everything inside was good

On our first night, I acticated the Heating but it was not working. I went to reception and explain the problem, to what they said that they will remotely activate. I went back to the room and after 30 min, it was still cold in the room. I went down again and explained that nothing changed, to which they activated and they said they will try again. This time it worked On the second exactly the same problem, I went also twice to Reception to have the the heating activate

the position of the structure and also the big room with the kitchenette, it was very helpful and comfortable. Very good view from the 8th floor!

the linen were not so clean, maybe the breakfast room would be warmer (it was a little bit cold while we had breakfast)
