On site parking & great staff (thank you Angelina) with helpful suggestions. Very good AC (we were there during Athens heat wave).
As an added treat, the apartment had some basic groceries for us there: prepackaged toast, chocolate croissants, Koulourakia, nespresso pods, water bottles and fruit juice in fridge. Considering we just arrived from airport, this was a welcome treat.

The host Angelina was extremely helpful. She has an arrangement with the local taxis for a good rate to/from the airport, the local metro, downtown and other locations. She was always willing to arrange a transfer for us (she did so several times, and since we are a family of 5, we needed 2 cabs each time so this was big help). We chose this place since we had an early morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport. It is only a 10 minute drive away. Angelina provided some snacks for us which we found very helpful and tasty. The price was competitive with other places nearby. The location is great if you want to stay near the airport. It is a bit inconvenient if you plan to go downtown more than once ($35 cab ride downtown, $12 cab ride to nearest Metro - not walkable). We only went downtown once by metro, and it was fine. There is a good pastry shop and tasty grill restaurant nearby you can walk to. Has a nice long private balcony if you want to hang out. Very nice bathroom. A shout out to Ares, the beautiful white neighbourhood dog, who greeted us and sent us off with friendly sniffs and tail wags each time (dog is outside only).

The host was so so helpful, provided coffee/juice/toasts for breakfast and helped us with airport transfer and recommendations for food!!! So so accommodating thank you for everything!

Owner arranged ride for one of the person in our group who was temporarily disabled when our taxi driver dropped us far away from our location. Also, yummy cookies that were personally baked by the owner. Also owner arranged all taxi rides for us.
It was on the second floor. Normally its not a problem but one of us injured her leg and she had to climb up. But we did not know at the time of booking. Owner did help us carry the luggage upstairs.

everything was perfect, nice and fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room area, comfy beds and beautiful patios. the best part of our stay was the welcoming host, Dimitra. She speeks mostly Greek, but she went out of her way to make us feel welcome in Greece and make our stay comfortable!

The flat was nicely decorated and very well equipped. The snacks and coffee/tea provided were very welcome.
Bathroom was really clean and the shower worked well.
The location is excellent, 10 minutes from the airport.
The owner, Kostas, was very welcoming and helpful.
With the windows open, traffic noise was disturbing. Bedroom/wardrobe smelled a bit damp - no problem for our one night stay, but could be an issue if staying lobger.

Costas was in great communication and available at all times to assist us to get to the location and get comfortable. Even when we ended up locking ourselves out on accident he was able to help quickly. Very accommodating hosts and it made for an enjoyable stay. Close to the airport and very little traffic in between made it easy to get in and out.
Nothing that I can really think of. I will stay here again next time I visit Athens.

Place to stay.It was a nice apartment. With a good view from the terrace. In the country 20 to 30 minutes from everything. A great relaxing
Is perfect For my reason. I always keep my laptop in front of me. The room with the television. Livingroom. There are no close by plugs for the computer or the telephone. I say this, because I am dure that Costas and his mother will resolve this. Otherwise, for me, the apartment is perfect.

The apartment is beautiful and stylish.. it has an amazing balcony that is blocked from the wind and gets the sun from morning to night creating a beautiful place to sit and soak up the sun. Costa is a great host and awesome person,he will help you with any of your needs.
