The place was tidy and clean - it is much better in person than in the photos! The complex has ample parking, even for large vehicles and is in a quiet place. The room had all amenities list plus extras - we could not ask for more! John was an exceptional host throughout and was extremely helpful for the duration of our stay! If we find ourselves in Chania again, I'll definitely book it again!

We’ve not stopped thinking about Nina Apartments since we returned from our holiday… the view from the balcony, the pool, our amazing shower and jacuzzi Bath… most of all we think about the lovely Yiannis, who went above and beyond to give us a lovely stay and that we left not just as guests, but as friends.

We honestly couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Nina Apartments! Upon arrival, we were greeted by our host, Yannis and led to our room. He showed us around and we couldn't believe how much we were given! In the kitchen area, there were bottles of water and ice in the fridge freezer. There was also a washing machine with washing tablets so we could do washing whilst we were there as well as a rack on the balcony to hang our wet clothes. In the cupboards, you will find all the necessary oven equipment (dishes, pans, utensils, etc) as well as things like salt, pepper, spices and, most importantly, coffee! The caffetiere was very welcome after a few drinks on the balcony the night before! The bed was firm but very comfortable with fantastic pillows and brilliant black-out shutters. The best part was the bathroom - We shouldn't have brought toiletries! Yannis provided slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, a shaving kit and a huge range of shampoos and shower gels. He had also ensured that we had enough towels for our stay, including additional towels for the pool. Upon request for our trips of the beach, Yannis provided beach towels, a beach mat and parasol and a bag in which to put them in! The living room was also great - this was where the main air-con unit was - with a fully smart (probably 50 inch) TV and access to netflix and prime video. The pool area.... just WOW! Yannis clearly takes care of these apartments because whenever we got up early onto the balcony, he was jet washing and hoovering the pool area so it was pristine. Whilst it is a small pool, it was always VERY quiet and often just ourselves there. Yannis also offered to call taxis for us as it is about a 10 min drive into old town; however we felt bad after he was on hold for 20 minutes the first night and got the number ourselves. It is usually about 10-13 euros each way and the taxi company speaks English. Very easy! I would write more but have run out of allowed words!

Our room did smell of cigarettes when we arrived but I think this was a French couple prior to our arrival. I wish we could have stayed longer! The site is still clearly a work in progress, but it is lovely and will be absolutely phenomenal once everything is completely done!

Very modern, exceptionally clean. Lots of supplies provided free of charge, shampoos, shower gels, tea, coffee, wine etc. Swimming pool area cleaned every morning.

Only criticism would be slightly out of the way, needed to hire a car.

Everything . Very clean and modern. Pool area cleaned everyday. Coffee, washing machine, toiletries, cleaning products, towels, pool towels provided. Smart TV , so you login to your netflix, amazon prime or Disney. You can alsk use YouTube on the TV. The Owner is great. What stood out the most was the cleanliness.

Location - you definetly need to hire a car or take taxis but overall everything was great. The location is really peaceful.

The apartment was spacious,clean & comfortable with everything you need including all bathroom things like body wash, shampoo+conditioner, toothpaste ect. Also the washing machine was handy to have and the host was exceptional - super friendly and helpful with things to do, times to visit places to avoid big crowds. The price you pay for what you get is 11/10!! Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Great modern apartment and very helpful staff. Good pool with a terrific view. Everything we needed was there. You really need a car because it is not safe to walk along a very busy road and too far from the beach. A taxi into Chania costs about 9 euros.

Had not expected to have to clear the toilet bin.

Parking available. Close to airport. Very well maintained apartment with excellent facilities and comfortable sitting room. Great for family get-away.

No commercial stores nearby except for one bakery and mini market. Chania is 20 mintes drive away.

Owner is so frindly, Hosting, excess things in property, 15 mins drive from chania airport and 15 mins drive to city.

This appartment is realy nice and spacious. Balkony was a big plus ;-) Kithen good equipped. Good lokation close to the city center. Host very helpfull.

+ It's newly built apartment hotel, so the rooms are very clean and well designed. + Perfect amenities. Not only salt and pepper, but also you'll find cinnamon, red pepper etc. + I really liked the bed. Mattress isn't something cheap.

The room was really spacious, with all the equipment and everything you can need (coffee, shampoo,olive oil…) really calm also and the bed was awesome, useless to go in a 5 star hotel, you have it here ! The landlord is really nice and give you the best advices!!! Thanks for the stay it was wonderful !
