Clean- good bed, hot water, friendly staf and reasonable breakfast

Great location, have many marts and shops nearby, many parking lots. Room was okay, comfy bed, staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast has plenty of choices at this price point. Their design language is more towards modern energetic style.

Breakfast option was limited. Room facilities were basic. The bed size was smaller than expected.

The bed is comfy, the wifi is quite strong, there are varieties of tv channels

There was some hair in the bedroom, and there were 2 little cockroach, the shower tap was broken before i even used it

Speakers inside the room really much more than annoying. Even I asked many times to turn it off it’s still always on. 6 AM😓 exactly they put a music in your room until late night!!!!!!

The bed covers and towels was so dirty

The room had a lot of disgusting insects. They need to spray with a specific treatment to treat the problem. it’s very unhealthy to stay in such a room!

Receptionist fast response, very clean accommodations, easy to reach the hotel and beyond my expectations, especially suite room.

Just suggestion about breakfast menu, expect to be more choice/ variation, explore East Java culinary 😁

Good location, the bed is comfort and water pressure was good for shower

I was stay on 11th floor, every night i heard so many people steps from restaurant or bar on 12th floor. Also heard people chat and walking at the corridor.

It's a good choice if you're looking for price to value hotel. Small room with limitied but adequate amenities. Strategic location.
