The host and the staff is very accommodating ,the room iis very clean and cozy. What you see in the picture is what you get.

The location is very far from the main city of bacolod, though there is grab, and tricycle. Not for those who are budgeted.

Everything. Reddoorz's spelling isn't the only thing thats wrong in this place. The location is good but with a lot of downsides. If you wanna know more about this place, dont hesitate to message me or ask me through the comments or email. We've rented the place for almost a month (27 days) and all that I can say is that this place should be absolutely avoided. 1. Reception and staff was never around. 2. We were never briefed about the house rules. 3. No housekeeping offered or discussed. 4. Room used to be an apartment converted into a hotel thus you will see random sprinkler pipes all over the room. 5. Bathroom door knob is broken and can't be locked. (The staff once told us that its the same in other rooms.) 6. Bathroom water closet seat is not available. (The staff once told us that its the same in other rooms.) 7. A lot of ants and cockroaches. 8. The is basically non-existent. (It cannot cool off the whole room. I'm guessing that it isn't maintained properly thus it doesnt have freon and since there is no reception, we cannot complain to anyone.) 9. Place looks deserted and haunted. 10. It is so far from the photos that you saw. 11. You will either require either a car or a taxi to safely go to or leave the place. Quality of the stay is horrible. Take it from someone who RENTED there for almost a month. I am giving emphasis on "Rented" because for the whole 27 days that we rented, we only stayed there for more or less than a week. The place is fcking unbearable. Their customer service is bad. I never got any reply from them ever since I rented the place. They tried to get me to another (cheaper) area that they owned "without additional charges" (which annoyed me more cuz the place is cheaper and the area is CHEAP) in a very abrupt manner (a week notice before my arrival) just because they decided on a maintenance during the month that we'll be staying given that I've rented the place 2 months prior.

The staff are welcoming and very accommodating. Facilities are better than my expectations for the room value.

The location is a little remote. About 5 min walk to the jeep ride.
