Above all, meeting Carol. She was so welcoming and friendly. The beds were really comfy, the room was warm, breakfast was great and there were lots of walking books on hand. Cyril's home-made Welsh cakes were fantastic, and learning about the farm was fascinating.

Very comfortable and homely B&B; the bedroom was a very good size and the bed set up was really good and very comfortable. The property was exceptionally quiet, which meant my sleep quality was very good and the bedroom had the facilities to make my stay very comfortable. The breakfast choice was good and the quality of the ingredients was very high, as was the preparation of the food. Carol, the owner, was very attentive and friendly and my stay met all of my expectations

Breakfast is a nice traditional affair - well prepared and lovingly served. I was ill during the stay and Carol was both caring and respectfull. I value that.

Location was good for us to meet friends at nearby restaurants for lunch. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast choice, friendly owner, clean and nice bed

Personally I would have liked somewhere to sit down outside to relax. I found the only chair too old. A full bench chair with side table on the lawn area would be my preference

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A Beautiful farming environment. With a fabulous host who could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Carol is the Perfect host. (The most hard-working one we have stayed with anyway) as she also works her farm aswell as catering for the guest's requirements. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous!!! We want to give this lovely lady 5 Stars!!! Just "Exceptional" and Yes we will be going back when down to see family again.

There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing our time at Hardwick Farm was, Carol is so kind , friendly & nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious , welcoming & comfortable. the breakfast is amazing! We can’t Thankyou enough Carol , you made our weekend. Thankyou for everything!

This was the last stop on our trip and we ended on a high, we had 3 nights , Carol the perfect host made us very welcome even to showing us to our room and making us a lovely cup of tea with some delicious Welsh cakes. The view from our room was glorious. The bed very comfortable, and 2 comfy chairs as well, bathroom very nice. The bonus for us as well being ex farmers was seeing and meeting the cows. A hearty breakfast served in a lovely room, we felt we were sharing their home. Carol has a way of making you feel part of the family and we will if possible go back. Thank you Carol for looking after us and Cyril and Charlotte for chatting to hubby about the cows.

Everything was just as I would have hoped: clean and tidy and very well-organised! Despite being close(ish) to two roads and a farm, it was also very quiet.

Carol was an absolutely amazing host and made us feel so welcome at the farm. Our room was so lovely and clean! We slept wonderfully and wasn’t distributed once in the night. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful and it was lovely to have fresh milk from the farm’s cows. There was a lovely variety of teas, coffees and hot chocolates in the room. Carol couldn’t have done enough for us. Thank you so much from Kelly and Kyle!
