Owners were really friendly. House was really clean. there were electric heaters inside rooms. Beautiful view from the terrace.

Missing sharp knives. Some additional flat frying pan would be helpful. Smell of apartment because of humidity.

Big and comfortable house. Big sunny terrace with amazing view. If the house was not a bit cold it would have been perfect. The host was very nice, generous and reactive. We were offered fruits at arrival, then a bottle of wine which was excellent and when we asked for heaters because it was cold, they brought 2 electric heaters. Porto da Cruz is a very nice village and the bus stops nearby the house so it’s easy to go to the village and it’s natural swimming pool if one doesn’t want to go by foot.

Equipment for cooking (big knife etc..) but it was ok for us. Perfect for summer but for winter the living room is cold

Large house with everything you may possibly need during your stay. Big balcony in the back with a beautiful view and a fireplace, great for eating outside. Parking place in front of the house. The owner was very nice to us, gave us fruit and vegetables from his own garden and even his own wine, which were all delicious. We were very satisfied, definitely recommend it. Porto da Cruz is also very nice place to stay overall, it's not crowded but has beaches and seawater pools, restaurants, shops, a distillery, and so on in the center.

Wi-Fi works very well in the rooms on the top floor where it's close to the router, but in the kitchen/balcony on the ground floor the signal is too weak for it to work properly.

I can truly recommend this house. The owner is very kind, house is bigger than we were expecting, view is just amazing! There were towels, a lot of blankets, hairdryer and everything we needed.

Kind hosts which took us with wine, great view from terrace, large rooms.

The only positive point of this housing is the view, but it is definitely not sufficient !

The housing advertisement is really dishonest : it lets you believe that you rent all the house except the shared living room when you actually only rent one room and everything else is shared with other travellers. Besides, the accomodation is really not in accordance with the number of tenants : we were more than 10 at the same time in the house for only one bathroom and a very small kitchen table... There is only one parking lot for all the tenants, so you will need to park in a narrow street if you arrive second, with chances to get your rented vehicule damaged... On top of all that we waited nearly 30 minuts to do the check-in. For the same price or cheaper, you will get a housing all for yourself elsewhere on the island. I really recommand to go elsewhere ! :(
