we didnt get to try the pool because of the schedule thing. but its ok aside from that.

The host is very accommodating. We book his place last minute and he responded very quick to our inquiries and even prepared the room right away. Location is good. Very convenient to food and restaurants and transportation. Very clean and good view

If you have a vehicle, there would be a problem with the parking because the property has no adequate parking area. This problem is negligible to us because we just rented a motorcycle that requires only a small space for parking.

Aircon could have been better,although it might just have been our room. Store is expensive but there's a 7 eleven and another Store just around the 2

Comfortable bed, small useful kitchen for cooking, fridge to keep food. Good price, value for money. Modern AC split unit was very welcomed, since the old ones typical in Philippines are very noisy, while this type is more silent. Best location, by the city center. Netflix was a plus. Check in was perfect, even at almost midnight, the security guard handed us the keys upon presentation of our ID.

The bed duvet seemed not cleaned. The studio is quite small, but not too bad, even for two people, although you only have space on one of the sides. The bathroom was too small, though.

The Owner’s very friendly, the size from the Apartment is comfortable and many important places nearly the Building 🌸

Water spots in the ceiling. Maybe add more flat surface to put things on. Netflix account got logged out, asked for the logins but did not get a response
