看板が小さく気が付きづらいこと(C1と小さな表示あり) 日本語を話すウィッキーさん見たいなスリランカ人がいるが軽～いノリなので怪しい気がした が実際は普通の軽いオジサン

The reception looks amazing my room was great. Love that the air conditioning kept temperature perfect. The staff was really great as well very helpful and the airport transport made the whole experience that much better.

This was a personal issue because my friend didn’t have same issue but my tv had no sound but it wasn’t that crazy of an issue.

Toto ubytování je výhodné, pokud potřebujete z vlakového nádraží odjíždět brzy ráno. Je nedaleko. Personál je velmi ochotný. Bylo uklizeno.

Ručníky by bylo potřeba lépe vyprat v nějakém bělícím prostředku. Ani po výměně nebyly úplně čisté, což jsme při ceně okolo 50 $ za noc čekali.

Very bad customer service!!! They didint want to help with anything. First of all, I got very sick (stomach fever) so I could not travel on the day I was supposed to, and I contacted them a day before but they told me they cant do anything I need to do on booking.com but It was not possible there!! So I had to pay also for that night I was not there, and it was supposed to be 22€, now I checked and they have got 33€ on my gard, just one night in a bunk bed shared room. This is insane! Also, when I asked them to book a taxi for me to Negombo (my pick me up app was not working) they told me they cant do that, I need to do myself... they were just sitting there, drinking the tea but dit not want to help with anything!!!

Stayed twice and will still choose to stay here whenever I'm in Colombo :) The beds were comfortable and the staff were perfect. Staff were very warm, hospitable, caring, and just over all made my stay perfect! Thank you ♥️   Located in a quiet area, around 7-10 minutes walk to Old Dutch Hospital as well as 15-20 minutes walk to Pettah Market and Colombo Fort. There's a money exchange right outside the hostel and some grocery shops, very convenient!

Aufgrund zentraler Lage ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Reisen mit dem Zug, Zimmer sehr sauber und funktional. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal.

Perfektes Hotel. Gute Lage, nette Mitarbeiter. Prima Service, sogar ein kostenloser Early-Check-In war möglich. Kaffee und Tee sind kostenlos und die Zimmer klimatisiert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The very helpful staff, the location. The bed was very very comfortable! You have coffee and tea at your disposal all day long. I loved my stay there and would really recommend it. :)

The lack of shelf in the bathroom, you have to put your toiletries on the sink and it's almost always wet. But it's really not a big deal!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die Zimmer waren recht schlicht und sauber. Man hat kaum Straßenlärm gehört.

Wir wollten nach einem sehr langen Flug etwas früher einchecken, das Zimmer war bereits frei und gerichtet, man wollte uns aber nur gegen einen hohen Aufpreis (fast der Preis einer weiteren Nacht) reinlassen. Nachdem wir verhandelt hatten, haben wir es günstiger bekommen.

My locker under the bed was damaged when I checked in. It was repaired but when I returned at night it failed to open again. Thank you to the night reception for keeping my valuables behind the reception desk.

Praktische Lage zum Bahnhof, sie organisieren Transport, man kann die Zugtickets liefern lassen und Kommunikation läuft sehr gut. Wie kamen nach Mitternacht an und waren nur ein paar Stunden im Zimmer um zu schlafen. Raum war sauber. Personal sehr höflich.

Die Qualität der Betten ist nicht gut aber für eine Nacht/ paar Stunden ok

I like that it is clean, well maintained, staff especially Faraz and Sunny are oriented, hands on and approachable! Rooftop is nice for eating take away food! I just wish they had more private rooms!

Super lokalizacja - 10 min pieszo od głównej stacji kolejowej w Kolombo. Cisza i spokój. Możliwość zrobienia sobie kawy i herbaty w lobby za darmo, a na pierwszym pietrze ogólnodostępna kuchnia.

Mimo informacji o zameldowaniu od 13 pokój dostałam dopiero koło godziny 14. Tłumaczone to było dokładniejszym sprzątaniem, jednak po wejściu do niego nie wyglądało to jakby było gruntownie sprzątane.

Really clean and comfortable hostel

Very friendly staff and guests. I stayed in a private room but still got to experience the social atmosphere. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly and there was complimentary tea downstairs.

No hairdryer provided (booking.com shows hairdryer under list of room amenities)

Toiletries and water provided in the room, good location, quiet rooms.

Check-in was an absolute shambles. We arrived for 1.30pm and were told to wait for 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we asked again and were told '2 minutes'. It took 40 minutes to get our room in the end. The staff constantly lied about when it would be ready and even laughed at another woman when she asked about her room again. They refused to tell my partner our room number after they took me up while she had left the lobby for a minute. The man that took me to the room was shouting about making the rooms clean and we 'have to wait', don't offer 1.30pm check in if you can't stick to it! Ironically the bed linen had stains on it. 3% charge for paying with card.

Всё! Останавливались на 2 ночи, что бы отдохнуть от перелета и отправится дальше! Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный! Приехали поздно, без проблем зарегистрировали, проводили в номер! В номере кондиционер,удобная кровать и хороший напор воды! На лобби чай/кофе в неограниченном количестве. Когда выселялись парень с ресепшен посоветовал, как дешевле добраться до следующей точки! Ему отдельное спасибо!

Stuff we’re very friendly and facility was very clean good enough for us. We stayed in 4 bed dooms. It was pouring outside but we enjoyed rooftop terrace to eat. There was a big fridge, basic plates,knives and folks.

The room window has only straw screen that in was see through from the hallway in the night. And little bright until the hallway light is turned off.

It was nice and clean. A small basic room. Our room had air-con, a balcony and a small freezer. Good location.

Not really to do with the hotel, but watch out for scams in the local area. Some people try and say that they're from C1 and then they try to give you advice (which is fake), resulting in them hailing a tuktuk (who is in on the scam) to take you to places and then try to crazily overcharge you.
