Danièle was super nice. The room was cozy for its price. 15 minute walk to the city center. The area is safe. Nice views from the rooftop.

Daniele was a fantastic host. My bridal party stayed here together and Daniele was accommodating, welcoming, and supportive. There was plenty of common space to gather and celebrate. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Danielle, the owner has been very helpful and courteous. My room is comfortable, good bed, small refrigerator, air conditioner, and private bath and toilet. The hostel, Casa Azul, is near grocery stores, bank, and church. The folks in the barrio have been friendly with me. Puerto Plata is a great tourist mecca and I highly recommend the city if you want to learn more about the Dominican Republic.

Great location, very spacious room with kitchen and bathroom, huge balcony, lots of space and the house has a big commen area. The Host was friendly and welcoming. It was a lovely experience to stay in Casa Azul. Highly recommend.

My host was very, very nice and helpful! The accomodation is very homelike - you have a kitchen, garden, balcony - even an own fridge. Location is ok - not very far from anywhere but also pretty quiet. You get a code and directions to get in at your own pace.

A bit pricey.

The accommodation was very nice, lovely and peaceful and definitely the cleanest accommodation, during my entire trip. Danièle is a very pleasant hostess and it was a lot of fun to talk with her. Unfortunately I only stayed one night, if I had had more time I would have definitely stayed longer, as I felt super comfortable there.

Absolutely great accommodation near the centre. The owner is very nice and helpful. You can cook in the kitchen and the owner share many things with you, such as drinkable water, fruits or delicious caffee. If you are tired you can relax in hammock on the balcony or go up to chill on big roof top.

The owner, Danièle is very warm, nice and helpful person. She speaks spanish, english, german and french. I would really recommend to stay at her house.

The host woman is very friendly and helpful. She is a tourist guide and speaks in a few languages. I'm satisfied that spent 4 nights there. Definitely, ideal place for backpackers. The resting place on the rooftop with ocean and mountain views is excellent 👌 Highly recommend 🙂

The whole accommodation was good in general. It was clean and the room and bathroom were nice.

It's not too close to the center, so have the idea that you have to walk by at least 20 minutes or to pay for transportation.

Very well located and spacious room in a private house with amazingly helpful and welcoming owner. Access to the kitchen and common area with terrace. Walking distance to the old town and bus station.

Exceptional Host - who is attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and interesting person. I went on excursion to cayo Arena guided by host , best time ever! Great value for money! She even dropped me off at bus station. I definitely will return! The accommodation is clean, safe, hot water for shower, free coffee and drinking water . The best for me was the fridge in room!and Aircon! The place is located in typical dominican Street for authentic experience, motoconchos avaliable around the corner or you can pretty walk everywhere.
