The room was comfy and roomy, lovely touch of a card and chocolate on arrival, lots of thoughtful extras in room, breakfast was lovely, owners were friendly.

Private off street parking. About 20 minute walk into town centre. Drink making supplies and fresh fruit in room. Excellent continental breakfast. Comfy bed.

The hosts were so thoughtful with everything we could need or want. A fantastic breakfast was provided, with vegan options bought in specially. Lots of fresh fruit, smoothies, even avocados, home baked bread, lots of cereal options, yoghurts, nuts and so much more! Little luxuries like bathrobes,slippers, toiletries, books, as well as a mini fridge with fresh milk, lots of teas, and a coffee machine as well as games and DVds were such a surprise. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful to us.

Just a few quibbles. The bed was a bit small, possibly a small rather than regular double. It would have been nice to have had cotton bed linen and lined curtains.

Very friendly owners they are more a friends , I absolutely love it and so friendly to my dogs they even have a bag of doggy donuts in the room I must say it’s better them a 5 star ⭐️ hotel I ever stayed thank you for making me so wellcome come in your house and my dogs

We stayed here whilst dropping our son off at University Lovely, clean and comfortable. Very friendly owner absolutely nothing was too much trouble the attention to detail was outstanding The breakfast choice was amazing the homemade bread delicious and the smoothie was superb

Was very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom, friendly hosts, variety of drinks, fruit and biscuits in room. Very extensive continental breakfast with large variety of foods. Offered a Smoothie, which was nice.

Shower not for overweight people and there is a step in the bathroom which MUST have illumination ( I fell over it at 4am, forgetting its existence which was a nasty shock and has caused nasty bruising. Thank goodness I haven't broken anything!) . Owners told me that I'm not the first, by a long shot, yet they still have not done anything about it, which is a serious defect, and very dangerous. I hope they have large insurance for this. Was expecting a cooked breakfast, which I thought was advertised, but not given the option. Too far from the sea and owners live on site, which I didn't realise.

The bedroom and lovely bathroom had everything we needed. Sue and Paul had prepared it all very thoughtfully and were extremely helpful. The delicious, healthy breakfast was a particular feature that we really appreciated. Thank you!

Room was large and clean, great view of the garden. Special attention to detail was given by the hosts to make sure we have everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional.

Friendly welcome. No 'full English' cooked breakfast, but situation amply redeemed by provision (along of course with tea, coffee etc) of excellent fresh brown bread, ham, cheese, tomatoes; grapes, melon, strawberries; cereals; & yoghurts. Refreshment tray in bedroom offered every variety of tea, + coffee and chocolate; fresh milk; & fruit, mints etc.

Closeness to centre to Deal somewhat exaggerated: not quite the landlady's suggested '15 minutes' walk'! Double bedroom needed (1) a second chair; & (2) something -- like a folding stand -- for a suitcase. Bathroom (otherwise well-equipped/supplied) (1) had a dangerous step (that was pointed out on arrival) which calls for some contrasting, conspicuous marking; (2) needs a shelf by the wash-basin for toilet bags.

A lovely friendly welcome from Sue and Paul, It's a very quiet room in a nice part of Deal. Sue was able to pick us up from the station. It was nice to be able to get an early breakfast on Saturday so that we could get to parkrun. The B&B has lovely little touches everywhere (such as a coffee machine in the room), and just about everything you'd need. The room faces the garden and away from any roads, so we had a nice quiet sleep.

A lovely house on the outskirts of Deal. Sue and Paul are fantastic hosts - the breakfast in particular was epic! Freshly baked bread, freshly made fruit smoothies and loads of healthy choices... we loved it!

The hosts Sue & Paul were lovely. On site parking and only 15 minute walk to the beach & town centre. Very good choice of breakfast provided. Clean & tidy with good space in bedroom. Private bathroom. They welcomed our Cockerpoo which was hard to find elsewhere for such a great price. Would definitely recommend.
