Great rooms, great service, excellent value for money!

I love Jennifer the person I called when I made the reservation and she was great . Unfortunately she left at 2. You need more people like Jennifer

The stairs were slippery and the TV was not working and there was no phone at the room and went down nobody at the front desk

Jennifer (J-Lo) and the entire staff was great. The location was great getting to Sosua or Cabarette beach. The place is in excellent condition. I have nothing bad to say about the place.

Did not have take out coffee cups.

The room did not have hot water. We asked the manager to fix the issue and they told us they couldn’t because they didn’t have any parts available. We asked for another room and we’re told there was none. We then asked for a small discount and we’re told they could not do that either because we paid with a credit card. The manager said if we paid with cash they could have given us a discount. Very very disappointed with manager’s refusal to help us. We also ate at the restaurant in the hotel and found out after dinner that they did not accept credit cards. We did not have enough cash on hand to pay the bill so had to go to the bank the next day to get cash and return to pay bill. There was also no breakfast menu so we had to leave hotel to find breakfast which we couldn’t find anything. Overall not a good experience and would not recommend this place.

The mattress was amazing

Wifi would not allow for video calls. We dropped a bottle and asked for a broom and shovel but never got one.

Everyone was very friendly and really helpful. Management is very attentive to all your needs and will accommodate in any way they can!

I only wish there were more options for food at night, and that the were menus for the local restaurants available.

The staff was amazing! They quickly upgraded my internet when I asked if I could have more bandwidth for work. The owner, Jonathan, is great to talk to and really makes you feel welcome. Jessica, the office manager, is also very helpful. I had a great experience here and recommend it to anyone who visits the DR's north coast.
