Breakfast was provided at the pub on the corner which was indeed excellent. Hearty portions and friendly staff.

Apartment is very clean Bernd, is very good when accommodating us and very polite. Customer service is very good, it's on high standard. Just 3 minutes walk along the beach, nice location all local restaurant and cafeteria are walking distance.

Very noisy neighbours, bathroom door didnt shut properly, flat not cleaned thoroughly.

Great Location

Super friendly hosts, easy to arrange keys and everything. Apartment is cozy, also for longer stays, location is great.

We were very close to the beach, had a partial sea view and had good access to shops at the end of the road

It wasn't what we were expecting - Very tiny bathroom and balcony, hard main bed and there was no light in the bathroom.

Location was excellent for both Brighton and Hove. As our stay was for a week it was great having more facilities than a hotel room. You can see a lot of thought and effort had gone in to making best use of the space and we wanted for nothing. Our hosts were great, most helpful and the process from booking to checking out was effortless.

We were in the studio apartment and having patio doors both ends was great. However, the weather was exceptionally hot during our stay and to increase ventilation opening the patio doors rather than a window was the only solution. This meant ar night in particular, sleep disturbed due to noise from outside (sea gulls, cars), but this is certainly not a complaint

Great little base to stay, while exploring Brighton and Hove. Nice clean bathroom with a good shower. Small compact kitchen with everything you need.

Loved and made good use of both sauna and spa bath.

There was no information or instructions re the facilities. Location was a problem in that finding somewhere to park was extremely difficult.

Great location and Bernt was a great host. The property was clean and more than met my expectations. We enjoyed having access to the spa bath and the basketball net in the courtyard area kept my sons entertained! Also a good selection of board games

Apartment was a little small with only 1 double and a sofa bed. Fortunately I had an inflatable mattress with me after our attempted camping trip! Tv is a little dated with limited freeview reception (some channels wouldn't work well) The DVD player had a broken power socket so we couldn't watch any of the Dvds on offer

The little flat had so much character- a really comfortable and relaxing space just 6 minutes walk down a pretty street to the beach. Perfect place to stay a few days and experience some Brighton time (best we can get atm am I right?) The spa bath was a wonderful treat- easy to use and makes a lovely evening with a cocktail and the night around you. Hosts were friendly and helpful. No issues at all and a lovely time had. Thank you!

The bathroom is in the bedroom so if you aren’t a couple or there’s more than two of you it can be inconvenient if someone wants to use the toilet in the night.

Location is brilliant. Host was a great communicator. Great cooking facilities.

The room is too small for an adult with two children.

We booked it for 5 people and it was suitable for 3 at best. The apartment is tiny. The photos are very misleading, it looked like we had lots of positive things from the booking advert but when we arrived it was clear that the photos are actually of 3 different apartments. We complained but were told we could leave without a refund. Very unfair really seeing as we were misled into booking thinking the apartment was suitable for 5 people when it wasnt. It also has dangerous flooring in the only room, fixings sticking up and flooring all over the place. See photos No bath, no pool, no sauna, no spa, no interconnecting rooms, no wine, no champagne, no garden view in fact the list of facilities contains more no's than yes's. TOTAL RIP OFF.
