Es war wunderschön, ein komplett neues modernes Gebäude, die Zimmer und der Balkon riesig und die Lage perfekt. Yanis ist ein liebevoller Mensch der einem bei allen Anliegen weiterhilft.

Comfy beds, good location, you need a car to go to the beach (or take the bus) but you can walk in the evening since it's close to the city center. Good breakfast

Soundproofing of the room is not good and Aya napa can be noisy until 6AM

The hotel has a great location, very close to the center, and the first beach is on the other side of the street. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed and a huge terrace. Maybe the main street is a little bit noisy, but the room has great sound isolation. The food is delicious and various. Don't miss the dinner:) The staff is very pleasant and always on your service. High recommendation!

Luxury suits with excellent, lavish brunch, and a new dinner addition!! I didn't want to go out to eat after the excellent taste experiences that both cooks provided morning and night! My third stay, and each one has become better and better! We would especially want to thank Victoria (reception) from Ukraine for all of her assistance during our stay. We appreciate your patience. the room we stayed in was a lot bigger then expected! the balcony was amazing, as it was perfect for the evening, and once again, a lot bigger then expected. the staff are so lovely, and there’s 24hr desk service. John especially was amazing, and helped us with everything we needed from the moment we arrived to the second we left!! thank you, we had an amazing stay

Everything. Best value for money, staff is nice, food is delicious, rooms look great, everything is sparkling clean, one of the best hotels I've ever been to.

If I had to say one thing, it would be that the isolation with the hallway isn't best, you could really hear people slamming door and talking.

Excellent location, amazing breakfast. It has a lot of choices. The room was very comfy, new with big balcony with sea view. at night it become a little be noisy because of the Nissi Avenue. You can chose a room that is not viewing the avenue. we really enjoy our stay there. Very nice hotel, higly recommended. there is a supermarket very close. Also bakery and coffee shops.

Just as slightly remarks for improvement: renewed sheets and pillows and some more varieties for breakfast and coffee.

Pretty nice place. Everything was just perfect. The room was great, towels changed everyday, large parking was available.. Def one of the best places we have been.

Keep in mind that there is a trade-off with the room you choose. The one that are facing the street have nice sea view etc but are extremely loud. Quads, bikes, cars, buses almost 24/7. The rooms that face the parking lacking the good view but are def quiet. Of course this is normal because the hotel itself is placed on a top location on the main street.

The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved the breakfast and dinner selection - a great variety of food which was actually delicious. The restaurant has a different dinner buffet every evening which is totally worth it! Staff was friendly and helpful with every request or question we had. The whole place, including the rooms, were very clean. The property is within a short walk to the beach

The rooms are not very soundproof - you could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. The see-through glass wall between the room and the bathroom was weirdly designed, why would you have one in the first place?

-fantastic location, right at the main avenue and a 5 minutes walk from the beach. -the personnel is exceptional, they fully upgraded our room when I requested it and were always helpful in anything else. -the breakfast was great, good selection with a delicate dining area. -the room was definitely clean, spacious, even the veranda. In fact it was the best I had in all hotels I have been in the area.

Absolutely nothing to criticize here.

the location is quite central, which is good if you don’t have a car. but be aware that the noise from the Main Street is considerable

the hotel is amazing, i was in a lot of hotels around the world and that i can say is amazing, you have a big nonstop market outside, the rooms are very clean, the bed is vey confortable the breakfast is so so so so good great amazing, i love it!

perfect location. very friendly chef in the kitchen for the breakfast. Very nice balcony and the room has a fridge!

the channels on the TV are all greek sub-titled and spoken. No English. The street is very noisy but you don’t hear it inside.

Loved the whole hotel! Staff is amazing (Cypriots are always so kind!). Breakfast was amazing, room was always cleaned, the location is superb. You can not go wrong with staying at Abacus.
