The apartment was really comfortable and had a lovely design. Location was fabulous, so close to restaurants and the City Walls yet very quiet. Host answered questions really quickly and was so helpful. Having a few snacks and milk in welcome pack was great on arrival.

The owners sent very clear instructions of how to find and access the property. The property was very easy to access using lock boxes. We used InPark across the road to park- reasonable rates and very friendly attendants. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a lovely welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk, Very comfortable bedrooms and I loved the decor throughout the property. Location excellent too, easy to walk along the city wall into the centre of Chester in a few minutes. also near the river.
We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

The location of the chapel was in a very good spot as we was close to the town and all of the restaurants and bars that chester had to offer.

The beds were comfortable, the apartment was neat and nicely furnished and equipped. Excellent location too. No worries getting in. Parking close by 10 per full day. Chester itself is a lovely place for a short break.
The apartment was smaller than we had realised, with only just enough room for 4 adults to relax or eat together. Maybe our fault for not checking the photos more thoroughly. Really struggled with sleep... Noise from other flats, outside etc. Nothing too outrageous, and outside the control of the owners. The people upstairs seem to walk very heavily!

Absolutely perfect location with a short walk into Chester and taxis could always find the apartment when we went further afield. The car park just opposite was also v cheap and a good bonus for drivers. Lisa was also very helpful for tips around Chester

ideal location for the city. Property very clean and decor was very tasteful. lovely to have teas and coffee and even milk In the fridge. toiletries an added touch too.

Location was perfect in the heart of Chester; close to shopping, bars & restaurants and the wall for sightseeing. Apartment was beautifully decorated with high quality fixtures and fittings. Lounge was comfortable for our family of 3 adults.
There was nothing that I didn't like but would suggest a coat hook or two somewhere and maybe a shelf or small table in bathroom to put a toiletry bag.
My husband and I did not find the bed particularly comfortable, but our daughter did (and I see most other reviewers did as well); we are probably just used to a firmer bed.

We had the best weekend! The lady who’s property it is, was absolutely exceptional, including decorating the place for my friends birthday, nothing was too much trouble and the recommendations for bars/restaurants were brilliant!
