The place was very clean
The tv didnt really had any chanels on but it had youtube etc sowe were loged in that

Freddie very kind and helpful. Position of the apartment near to the light house aerea.
Good price
The bed sofa is very small for 2 adults and the two person bed is noisy
To enter the appartment you have to pass the garage...not nice looking

Nice private appartment with perfect location very close to the beach, archeological site and city centre with nice greek restaurant. Check-in was possible in late evening hours. We did not meet any staff but communication with Freddie the owner was very active we got clear information and valuable recomendation.
Entrance through the ground garage was not very nice but very authentic.

Will definitely be staying here again. Freddie was a warm and welcoming host. Helped us out at every single opportunity he could have done. Showed us around paphos without any hassle.
The flat itself was so nice and comfortable. Every facility was there. Not a disappointing at all. Loved every second.

The location is good and for the price of it facilities were also good - all needed stuff is there from kettle to sandwich maker. Host is very friendly too
There were cockroaches. I understand is quite hard to prevent cockroaches from entering apartments in the cities of Cyprus, so it's probably not the owner's fault cause the flat was cleaned. But if you are not used to cockroaches and a scared of them as me, you may need to look for other options.

DIRTY APARTMENT, SMELLY AIRCONDITIONING . LACK OF AIRCONDITIONIG IN SITTING ROOM-ONLY 2 FANS WHICH ONE OF THEM WAS BROKEN. SMALL APARTMENT. GENERALY if you have a CHOICE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ONE.

apartment very well located, close to the beach, archaeological park, shops, restaurants and bus stop. owner very helpful

First contact, kind for earlier check-in
- weak security (doors need to be locked or remain opened)
- house entrance doesnt match with pics in offer, in the dark it looks like in haunted house
- owner use chlorine for cleaning in high amount - remaining smell persist for more than one day (air is not breathable)
- we must to move to airb'n'b nearby due health risk reasons
- impossible to get reliable refund
- the closest beach is fine for shining but bad for swimming (a lot of stones and rocks in water) better beaches 20 minutes far by walk or bus
- etc, etc,...

Mattress was comfy
The sound of a water pomp was waking us up
The AC can work up to 2h and then you need to set it up again so you can't sleep through the night calmly
The ceiling in the kitchen needs repainting
The house needs deep clean up
Water is hard to regulate

Perfect location, really nice staff. Supermarkets, beach, restaurants, bars within few minutes. The apartment was very well-equipped and we had a safe parking place.
