The property was very spacious and comfortable.

I was unaware of extra $50 cleaning fee for an extra bed and bedroom to be used as when i booked property it was advertised as an entire home. I did however sort it out with David the owner who was very understanding and accomodating and did not charge extra as i was travelling with my sister.

Great house to stay in with plenty of space, good location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well fitted out. Ideal for summer use and spending time at the beach. Lots of outdoor area with sun protection, outdoor shower.

A better couch than the blue foamy couch which could be made into a bed in front of orange coloured wall. This is where you could watch TV straight on, but seating was too low. A box of tissues, paper towels for kitchen would be useful.

The location, the house layout, clean and tidy, and the door locks/outside lights were very good.

We found the main bed a little harder than what we are used too.

Perfect for our Taupo based workers to stay whilst working in Tauranga.

Perfect location close to shops and beach. Clean and tidy and spacious lounge and dining area for 6 adults. A/C in all rooms and awesome outdoor area.

A dryer would have been handy but this isn't a deal breaker.

It was a basic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom small town house

Beware of hidden costs! We thought we booked a 3 bedroom batch as we added 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 1, 4, 6, 8) however booking.com only showed the booking for 2 adults, so the kids room was locked on arrival, when we rang the owner to ask he stated the booking we booked was incorrect and we had to pay an extra $270 cash to get the room unlocked to have access to the bedroom. We we paid the cash which was all our food money for the weekend. He gave us 6 towels . The house has NO WASHING MACHINE!!! So we had 6 towels to last us 4 days with no way to wash them! When I asked if there was a washing machine to access I was told to go find a laundromat.....it was closed due to the Easter long weekend! And we didn't have time to drive all the way to the laundromat to wash the towels and wait while it washes, we were meant to be on holiday. The owner lives at the back of the house which is connected, so watching everything we did and there was no privacy whatsoever. It was not a very comfortable weekend, we were very disappointing with the hidden costs and facilities not up to expectations.

The location was very convenient and it was good to be able to park our car by the house. Comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen.

Only minor issues : some of the towels were quite thin and the can opener was missing a handle and couldn't be used.

Absolutely 💯 awesome place it was really clean and tidy, also had all the amenities we needed as to weather we stayed at home, or dined out. The Papamoa plaza and Bayfair were either side of us within driving distance. The Papamoa beach was really beautiful at sunset and early in the morning, precious memories for my family and I travelling together. Will definitely visit here again for sure. Also the owner was very polite and left us alone nice 👍 xoxo 😘💕

The location was very good, close to shops and the beach

Unfortunately, we found the accommodation wasn't to the standard we would expect in the UK and appeared very shabby. The beds were very hard and not very comfortable. This could probably be rectified by putting on mattress toppers. The property didn't look very welcoming. The decking area needed repainting and tidying up, including weeding and pruning the flower beds. Internally it felt very clinical with so many signs around about what not to do. I cannot understand why the no drugs sign was on our shower door. It's meant to be a comfortable holiday home that we could enjoy spending time in. The opposite was true. All of the above could be very easily rectified with a little care and attention
