Inmitten der malerischen Altstadt stilvolles Zimmer mit besonderer Atmosphäre, kein Plastik wie jetzt in vielen Hotels, stattdessen Teppiche, Vorhänge, warme Farben, mehrere dezentrale Lichtquellen, viele Bücher, Nippes der besonderen Art und echte Schlüssel - alles geräuschdämpfend und stimmungsvoll, also wirklich gemütlich (womit viel geworben wird, ohne dass es tatsächlich Gemütlichkeit gibt).
Ebenso beim Frühstück im Café gleich nebenan, Ruhe und Gelassenheit, ich konnte den Betrieb draußen und die Einheimischen drinnen beobachten :-)

Charmigt hotell mitt i centrum på gågatan. Mysigt rum med ny skön kontinentalsäng. Renoverat, fräscht, trevlig belysning, extra kuddar och filtar. TV med bra kanaler. Trevligt och hjälsamt bemötande av Johan. Frukostbuffe på Cafe intill. Nära till allt i stan. Lite ljud från varutransporter men annars tyst. Bor gärna här igen.

This place way exceeded my expectations, especially with the low price in mind. Friendly, helpful staff, wonderful interior, extremly comfy beds. You can help yourself with free coffe/tee/drinks at all times, there is a microwave oven and everything you could need. I loved the soap/schampoo/lotion in the bathroom. I strongly recommend a stay here for everyone visiting Ystad.

The location is terrific. The bed was extremely comfortable - the softest I've experienced while traveling in Europe.
Though there was a bit of lingering noise about an hour after Le Petit Bistro closed, it wasn't bad. As for the facilities, the entrance way on the ground floor had boxes and such taking up one side of the corridor.

Easiest check in and check out ever. Good communication with the straff. And cool Wall decor.
Oh, and love the pillows! Should gave inquiered! Foam pillows that made me sleep like a baby.

Breakfast was fine (next door) and the location was very good. I wished I could have stayed longer. Hotel personnel was very helpful with all questions and directions.
The hotel and room were exquisitely appointed with a very fine taste and delightful underlying sense of humor.
I will gladly return when my plans call for a visit to the area!

location was perfect in the center of the city. Johan was very helpful and available at all times. Parking was available, which was much appreciated.
price for what it was, was disappointing. bathroom was very basic. When showering the whole bathroom was wet as there is no watter stopper on the floor. There was a windows cleaner to control it but that would mean cleaning this on your knees, which is not really what i have in mind when on holidays. We booked a 'small room' but this was particularly small, no wardrobe. breakfast was very basic and to 99% based on animal products. we paid 200+ EUR per night but the value we got was not worth the price. Would not return.

The breakfast was in the cafe next door and the choices were adequate.
On a noisy street where the garbage collector made a terrible racket at 7am. Not having a decent cup to make a cup of tea the ones provided just held 2 mouthfuls of water.

This is a beautiful, well restored and well kept little hotel with tastefully appointed rooms and public spaces, located in the atmospheric old town of Ystad. Absolutely recommended!
To me, it made no difference but with its steep stairs to the hotel level on first floor - and unless I have overlooked a lift or the like - this hotel is not barrier-free.
Being in the middle of the old town, there is no parking in immediate vicinity of the hotel but there is public parking (daytime fees apply) within approx. 200m/ yds distance.

The hotel it's self was centrally located and extremely clean

Location right in the middle of Ystad. Cozy hotel and very nice service. We stayed only one night but we were pleased with everything

Great hotel right in the middle of the city, on the main shopping street. There was a parking lot close by (400m) called Norreport and parking there was 60 kr per 24 hours. We were very happy with our stay and we'll be back !

I liked the location and also the staff was nice.
I would love to see the hotel thinking a bit more about their impact on the environment/sustainability. In my opinion it is not necessary to clean the room in between a two night stay and change towels etc. for example. I would have also preferred plant based alternatives for breakfast.
