Beautiful location!

Would have liked to have a buzzer to get passed the gate. Needed to use the key to get in and out every time.

I liked everything: the pink house, the layout and the décor of the flat - personal style without being too imposing. Reliable wifi, comfy sofa, good-sized dinner table and a cool little kitchen. Supermarket and city centre nearby, incl. the train station. If you want to spend some time in Pescara learning Italian I recommend the school 'Inlingua', only 10 min away!

If I could wish for anything more it would be a bathtub - but it's a hot topic, I know.

The apartment is nice, it is located very close to the beach, so I think that is great in summer, 1 min and you are there. The kitchen it well equipped, so cooking at home is not hard. The host was nice and gave lots of advice on where to go and what restaurants to visit, easy to reach every point of interest in Pescara from here. We had a good stay.

The bathroom is a bit dark, but that is a minor thing.

Nadia, very welcoming and helpful host. Spacious light filled apartment. Brilliant location, a few short steps to the beach and promenade. Very good value. Will definitely return.

Loved it all

Everything was perfect. The apartment isn’t new but it was clean, spacey and with A/C which didn’t cool the room enough but I cannot nag about anything. Nadia was really helpful: some tips and we could leave our luggage in a designated space. We even received a welcome gift which was a bless when we arrived late and our arrival wasn’t a problem for Nadia. All magnifique! Grazie mille.

The stay was fantastic - close to the beach, city centre, bus station etc. Nadia is absolutely helpful and nice host.

Nadia -the owner-is a very nice lady, she helped us with the transfer from/to the airport. The apartment is bigger than I expected from the pictures and just a little street to cross from the beach.

Perfect location. (50m to the beach, 1,6km to Pescary Vecchia). Well-equipped apartment. The owner even predicted the chemistry of the washing machine. I personally liked the availability of moka pots (different sizes) and coffee.

Old mattresses on beds- were not the most comfortable to sleep.
