The host was very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for my trip!

*Great location *Rooms are quiet despite city being alive till 3am *Personell is very friendly, despite arriving late and helpful in bunch of other cases (Whatsapp communication) *Perfect everyday cleaning with towels and sheets replacement Addition Information: *Same room-opening dedicated card is required to power the room (substitutes don't work) - personel without an objection and right away provided additional one to keep PC running while being away for work purposes. *Air conditioning settings are locked so it works only for pre-set temperature with 3 speed operation but seems to be enough (had to lower speed from 3 to 2 overnight) *Breakfasts are Italian style - served by the local bakery - 5 euro - coffee and croissant. I wasn't aware as Eastern European what is "Italian style" breakfast (which is obviously my fault and not gonna blame anyone else ) so it also might be disappointing for other foreign tourists.

Small aftermarket fridge in room doesn't have power to cool things inside.

The overall experience was great. Comfortable, stylish design, practical, and excellent location near restaurants. The property is very thoughtfully designed.Govanna was so polite, professional and took care of all our needs and requirements. I highly recommend this property.

The room was very well set out and furnished. It was clean. It was good to have a kettle.

The wetroom bathroom was impractical. After a shower the floor was wet so you couldn't use the toilet.

The property has a great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and nice restaurants and bars around. The room was small, but very clean and had everything what we needed. The communication with the host was easy, she called us to explain how to collect a card to the building and the room.

A lot of stairs and no lift. It can be an issue if you have a lot of luggage.

Perfectly located with Italien style. the rooms are extremely lovely and one can feel like home. Senora Giovanna is a Perfect Host, thanks again I felt perfectly welcomed.

The design of the space and location of this hotel couldn’t be better! The space was fully equipped with everything I needed. Giovanna was accessible at all times throughout my stay and made the check in and check out process exceptionally easy. Highly recommend!

Maison Fleurie is the place to stay if you want to be in the lively center of Pescara! It is very conveniently located near many outstanding restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops that can all be accessed easily on foot. The train station is a short 5-10 minute walk on a flat, safe, pedestrian promenade. A very easy 5-minute walk and you will find yourself on the Adriatic Sea, strolling along on the sand or on the wide pedestrian walkway, where you can enjoy a nice meal along the way at one of the many restaurants. Maison's location is the best spot in town, and the B & B property itself is beautifully and efficiently designed with the greatest attention to detail. Each room is different in its design and styling. Giovanna is a super hostess, who went above and beyond to assist and accommodate me. I was only supposed to stay for 1 night and ended up extending my stay for 6, that's how much I enjoyed my stay there. I would return tomorrow if I could, and would highly recommend this unique B & B for an enjoyable and relaxing time in a wonderful city!

Having lived in Pescara for quite some time before, I can say the location of this place is amazing. Super close to the train station, but at the same time steps away from the beach and from a charming city center. The check in was contactless and smooth, the room was wonderful (decoration, attention to detail, cleanliness). The host is also very helpful and let us leave our luggages after checkout. I highly recommend and I will book this place for sure when I come back.

This place was super great, I will start with the fact about Giovanna, she is an amazing very friendly, kind, and super helpful person. I was planning to stay at the beginning for 3 nights but then I changed my flight twice :) She was always prepared to do the maximum to find the solution to prolong my stay at Maison Fleurie. This place has a super location right in the center and right downstairs I fully recommend also the unique shop Cherie with wonderful clothes and a great bar Supermarket :) At last but not least (actually for me extremely important) I wanna say that comfort of the bed was for me 10 and top cleanliness. Hotel is located in the heart of the City, surrounded with many restaurants, cafés, and night clubs. But it is very quite inside. 15 mins walk to the seaside. Very comfortable check in and check out. New and clean interior, comfortable bed. Room is rather small but perfect for a weekend break. Owner is super responsive and helpful. I recommended with pleasure. We had a great stay 😊
