The staff were always very nice, professional and ready to assist, perfect service i must say. The room and other areas of the hotel were kept super clean at all times. Breakfast was good, the location of the hotel is alright, gorgeous view but a little walk from the city centre and supermarkets.

The bunk bed is what i didn't like, since i had asked for the 2 single beds option. I understand the bunk bed is used to save space, however it is so outdated and not comfortable to use.

In diesem Hotel stimmt alles. Wir geniessen den Aufenthalt mit einem Spaziergang am Meer ( 50 Meter vom Hotel ). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel/Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück hat eine grosse Auswahl.

Da gibt es nichts zu schreiben.

It was outside a bar / club that had crazy kids in the street until 5 am singing and dancing. So noisy you could hear it with the doors closed and the ac on running at full tilt. The breakfast was good but everything was cold food. FYI

Bed was comfortable and bathroom good. Free breakfast had a good selection although the coffee was from machine.

A little noisy during the night from the beach clubs across the road. No free parking.

Air con was only just adequate. Having to pay 50c for a beach shower seemed mean when you are paying €25 for a beach umbrella and two loungers.

This is a hotel for summer holidays by the beach. I booked it for only one night, and it was great. The staff is nice, the room is big and has a balcony, the bathroom is small but well-equipped. It is clean, the wifi works, and the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of sweet options (because this is Italy). In the extra season, the parking is free on the street, but they also offer some private parking spots.

Parking was important for me. I think 4 Stars Hotel is about the service. There were free places in the hotel parking, but the girl from reception told me, "There are no places, you can park your car on the street." There is a charge for parking on the street from 8 a.m., I had to get up before 8 a.m. to take the ticket and put it under the glass.. What is this , a new level of service in 4-star hotels?? I came to rest and have to run around the street at 8 o'clock in the morning to look for a parking meter??? The breakfast was not at the level of 4 stars either. Before, I stayed in the 4-star Luxor Beach Cattolica for 4 days, the same price category and the same 4 stars, but there is nothing to compare here! Everything was perfect in Cattolica! I would add another star to Luxor Beach Cattolica because it was a 5-star level! And here a maximum of 3 stars for a pittance. The price is the same! I'm sure I'll never stay in this hotel again.

amazing location - next to the beach! hotel has their own beach! the breakfast is great! in the previous reviews, I read that the staff was handing the food (even if it was a buffet). it seems it’s not the case anymore - you can approach the table and pick whatever you want in any amount. the brekkie is also amazing! the view from our hotel was also great!

Kinda pity that you need to pay for the hotel, even when you’re a guest! it’s €20 for the whole day. it should be incl into the fare of the room (or with a better discount). apart from that, the hotel was great! me and my boyfriend are really tall so bear in mind that as your feet might hang over the floor 😛

It was available as a last minute booking when our travel plans were disrupted due to flooding in Northern Italy.

Where do I start? Who ever awarded this hotel 4 stars must have perhaps had mushrooms for breakfast! 3 stars would have been generous but 2 stars would have been appropriate. We arrived at 22:50 after a horrible long drive on Italian motorways to be told the bar was closed! A sit down with a relaxing drink would have been nice, but the very supercilious receptionist said no! The room was adequate but very dated decor and there was a thick layer of dust on top of the cistern. The orange juice dispenser at breakfast was out of order. The only options available were very sweet cordial type drinks, the waitress did however get us freshly squeezed orange from the bar. Checking out out yet another supercilious receptionist asked if we had anything from the mini bar, i said what minibar? He replied the fridge - maybe you had some water? Well yes we had had two small bottles from the fridge, hardly minibar as it only contained was four bottles of water. For this we were charged 4 €!!!!!! All in all a very disappointing stay.

The front view is awesome but from downtown is quite far to go walking..

We thought the staff was excellent and the breakfast very good. We like the corner room which gave us more space. The balcony facing the ocean was enjoyable in the late afternoon.

Beds are very comfortable. Good Breakfast.

The location, next to the beach and10 minutes walk to the city centre. The cleaning and size of the room, in addition a large variety of food to choose from at breakfast

Nothing to dislike

Staff were friendly, great location with easy access to the beach and good places to eat nearby. They have private parking which is useful.

Breakfast looked like self-service but yet it wasn't, you have to wait to be served which seemed a bit silly when there were tools to serve without touching the food by hand.

Super friendly staff. No language barrier. Location is perfect!
