Adequately spacious for a couple with a toddler, well-equipped and situated in a nice quiet street in the vibrant Kolonaki neighbouhood in the city centre. It's also worth noting the mattress of the double bed was one of the best we've slept on..

The shower wasn't immaculately cleaned, the flat is not the brightest in terms of sunlight, whereas finding a parking space in the neighbour was a huge challenge (although we appreciate this wasn't a flaw of the flat itself, but rather of the neighbourhood)..

Lovely flat - great value! Beautiful bedroom with comfy bed. Really good size. Excellent service - very quick to respond to my queries.

It is a lovely flat but there are some basic issues that could be resolved. Loose wiring in the hall, the shower is impractical with a higher hook required and some basic things missing from the kitchen like a bread knife.

a nice kitchen with good electrical appliances ! A very comfortable double bed . The pillows were too big and high for me. I asked the management company and they provided me with a new thiner pillow on the next day.

it was sometimes a bit exhausting to “climb” up there every evening , but at least I did not gain weight! and it is somewhat dark being on the first floor! but in summer O guess this is a plus!

I traveled for work, but because my wife accompanied me and we wanted to see the historical parts of Athens, we chose this location. It was awesome - easy walking distance to all of central Athens including the Acropolis, as well as to the metro, Numerous eating and coffee places are nearby, as well as grocery stores. Returning to the apartment requires a certain level of fitness due to the steep incline and steps, but we simply added that to our exercise routine and also appreciated climbing to the top of nearby Lykavittos Hill a number of times as a morning jog or in the evenings to enjoy the view.

Great location and facilities. Very pleasant host, who explained the use of the apartment’s facilities.

Pillows were very thick and hard. Shower head could be mounted above head level to avoid handheld use.
