We really enjoyed leaving this disaster place behind us. After having such a terrible experience, and being ignored. We did not want to do or say anything anymore. Even booking.com customer service admitted it was terrible, but could not help us out.

We arrived in shock and wrote down a list of the things that had to be fixed. It contained at least 15 points. If possible I will attach photos. Upon arrival, we had to walk over 20 to 30 minutes to receive the keys. Once inside, it got worse. There was what seemed sperm on the sofa, a broken sleeping sofa. Small sleeping sofas not to mention. Not enough sleeping possibilities, there are two different apartments displayed. False advertising and pictures. The A.C did not work in the middle of the summer. We had to get extension cables and connect multiple of them to a socket for a few to work. Though not all worked in the end. The shower heads were defective. Cracks in the walls. The curtains were dirty. The tap was loose. No toilet paper, we had to buy it ourselves. Not all sockets could be used. Not enough sleeping possibilities. The A.C, if it worked. Could not be adjusted to the temperature of your liking. It would remain at 25+ degrees. Besides all of this, there was more, but I have forgotten. All in all, I had to waste 30 hours of my vacation on communication between all parties and booking. I would not recommend this place, perhaps the students that lived before enjoyed their stay. But we did not.

It was really clean (very important for us especially during the covid-19) and spatious! We enjoyed the location and we also liked the decor, especially the paintings! We definitely recommend it!

Nothing special

The place is an old office converted to an apartment Bathrooms are very small. One of them is a former closet. They don't have proper doors. Old office dors are used and they can not be closed. You need to be carful because the are a lot of electrical hazards. Ligts, boiler, AC...

Everything was ok.

Location of the apartment. Air conditioning in every room.

Glass walls. Useless toilet in wardrobe.

Its was really loud during the Night time, in the largest toilet water was coming up if some on was in second shower.
