Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Stadt, nur wenige Gehminuten weg von einem Parkhaus, in dem man parken kann. Man kann nicht direkt zur Wohnung fahren, da diese in der Fußgängerzone liegt. Das heißt die belebte Straße liegt einem direkt zur Füßen. Das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Der Host ist super super freundlich und auf Zack und hat uns persönlich die Wohnung erklärt. Er hat uns auch noch einen handgeschrieben Zettel übergeben, auf dem er Restauranttipps vermerkt hatte sowie die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten samt der Entfernungen dahin. Man fühlte sich auch sofort wohl. Ganz großer Pluspunkt. Wir würden hier sofort wieder übernachten.

Hier gibt es nichts, was einem nicht gefallen kann.

Very well furnished and comfortable this apartment is also in an excellent location in a pedestrianised street in the nicest part of the Cádiz historical centre. There is a supermarket and several eateries on the doorstep. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the long term parking at Santa Barbara where we paid 12 euros per day (unlimited arrivals and departures booked and prepaid online) Mario’s communication was excellent and he met us at the property and explained everything thoroughly. He also gave lots of helpful suggestions to enhance our stay in Cádiz. Generous supplies were left including laundry detergent and coffee pods.

Brilliant location above a coffee shop on the main shopping street. Noise was never an issue. The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. Shower was large with very good water pressure. The apartment had an inside air-conditioning unit due to the regulations in Cadiz and a pedestal fan. A small balcony opened up to the street below. The building is beautiful and very secure. We would definately recommend the apartment and would stay there again.

The lighting was a bit dull with mainly floor spot lights and the window opening to the balcony was in the kitchen end with no other natural light except a very small window into the courtyard. The air conditioning struggles to maintain the temperature on the really hot days but not unbearable. Small issues compared to the many positives.

El departamento es precioso. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. Muy bien equipado y decorado con muy buen gusto. El anfitrión se tomó el trabajo de redactar una guía de bares, restaurantes, paseos y monumentos sugeridos para visitar. La ubicación es inmejorable. Se puede ir a pie casi a todos lados. Sin duda volvería!!

No hubo nada que no me haya gustado. Solo puedo mencionar que por la noche y por la mañana temprano se escucha bastante ruido que proviene de los negocios vecinos. Pero es normal en la zona céntrica de cualquier ciudad

It was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Our host even collected us from the train station after a delay meant we didn’t arrive into Cádiz until 11pm.

Apartamento limpio, bonito y muy bien situado. Mario nos dejó un papel escrito con recomendaciones de restaurantes. Muy atento y amable.

Квартира находится в самом центре города, рядом от входа 2 кафешки, где можно вкусно позавтракать и прям соседняя дверь магазин carefour express. Также недалеко есть хорошее кафе для обеда Casa Lazo. Также удобно оставить машину на парковке на площади San Antonio. По приложению можно за 10 евро в день. Сама квартира очень уютная, светлая, обогреватели хорошо греют зимой. Также есть канал нетфликс. Хозяева нам сделали подарок при заселении: бутылка вина, воды и местные сладости. Также был чай и капсулы для кофе.

Нет такого. Только с парковками проблема, но это проблема города Кадис.

This place is very central and on a lovely street that’s quiet at night after 10. The apartment is very large, beautifully designed & decorated. The host is fabulous, thoughtfully supplying wine and ideas for places to see. Would definitely stay here again.
