Very nice place in a city that doesn't have so many options. There's plenty of well-ventilated space, with different floors and types of rooms to choose from. The kitchen and TV are working. Manager is always at disposal. Only foreigners and out-of-towners allowed.

Cleanliness

Ac was not working. Fan Was just moving. Bed height was short on legs.

The building and its rooms are extremely spacious and clean. The location is very good, being close to the lake, a metro station as well as a number of restaurants, yet despite this it is quiet and relaxed. The staff were very helpful and polite.

The room was big and had a bit balcony. It was quiet.

There was no table and chair to make the most of the balcony.

Beyond my expectation. And the property owner behaved very nice. Overall very good

It's located in prime area and has easy accessibility. The house is beautiful and spacious . The owners Mayur and his wife are warm and very friendly .

The property could be maintained better. Washrooms can be kept neater. I stayed in the twin bed room. The room didn't have any space to store the clothes , there must be a small cupboard or atleast clothes hanger. And mirror for dressing up in the room. The blankets provided in the room are too small and the mattress is not comfortable at all. I believe these changes will if made will make the stay better. Besides the room prices are high considering a lot of changes need to be made.

Beautiful house and lovely staff, quiet and clean.

Very kind hosts that gave good advice. The house is beautiful with lots of marble and nice furniture and spacious. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious as well. There is a kitchen which has everything one needs. Self-service laundry also available at low cost. The hostel and bathrooms were clean. People there were also nice and interested in having conversations or having food together. The area is also a good one. Great value for money.

The property is situated in a standard area. Calm and tidy.

The type of guests i met on the day of my stay. Parking is not really great. Hot water issue. Overall, it was not a really comfortable stay for me. Only good thing was the owner of the property, he is a good host.

The location is very good, accessible to the main road etc. is good.

However we feel that the amenities are not good enough for the money spent, no lift, no toiletries, no TV and no intercom etc. provided in the room. Because for senior citizens it's difficult to come down for each n everything.
