Nothing only the kid of the Care taker
Bathroom was not clean at all there was a weird smell.
We have to asked for the tissue papers in every room service even leftover glasses were as it is after the room cleaning no water bottle provided bedsheets were not clean.
Moreover, I have stayed there for the 3 Nights so every day we has same breakfast Dosa even we have asked to make something new but still they have prepared the same thing, they just give you the limited food even not asked again if we need anything else or not and Care taker not able to understand the English and Hindi language.

Everything was good , and a special mention to the caretaker as she cooked a nice food us in the evening with lot of efforts so dont go and buy outside food ...

Caretaker was good, he and his wife provided the services as we asked for.
The room that we were allocated was not as per the charges, we expected better quality room, as shown in the pictures. There was no room heater available, which would be a problem in winter. There was a problem in the door lock of our room due to which we had to call the caretaker everytime to lock the door.

But some drawbacks are there

3.No cable connection.
4.No hand wash
With out these facilities the rate is high

The place is at a very very odd place, you will have a lot of problems driving to this place. We got struck and the car got hit with a big rock as the road is not proper
They have limited breakfast if you ask for more they will charge you. Very limited options
Don't stay in this place if you are planning to stay with family.

The house is very beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The garden, lawn and area around the house is also very clean.
The furnitures are of premium quality. Couch, tables, TV etc and the bed is quite huge and very cozy. Hot water is available 24/7.
The care taker Santhosh was very helpful, kind and prepared delicious food for us. He was just a call away for all our needs and requests.
Suggest you get the direction to the property before reaching the stay. Do not rely on Google map. Google maps in Ooty is inaccurate because of its geographical location.

One of the best place I stayed in Ooty, awesome location, friendly staff, very clean room, reasonable price, Funtastic service.
Santhosh care taker was best at his work, a really good cook who made us feel like being at home with his food preparation.

it’s around 5 kms from city Center .
Flooring becomes super chill . There are no heaters in the room .
whole property is maintained by a single care taker . if all rooms are booked it will be challenge for him to maintain .
