The room was nice.

The attitude of some employees (perhaps she was the owner?) was very arrogant. I was very unpleasantly surprised by the attitude, as I would expect that someone whose job is to serve customers would have a better sense on how to communicate with guests and at least try to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely a lot of space for improvement on this end.

Hotel is nice, clean, near the highway, with great breakfast, room was big enough for the 4-member family. Highly recommended for everyone who is traveling to Zagreb.

Very nice staff - even we discussed MEDEVESCAK Ice Hockey with Matej in the morning. Everything is organised.

Big, comfortable, clean rooms with very good aesthetic and ergonomic design. Very helpful staff. Easy access. Quite area. Strong internet. Parking space.

There was nothing I did not like. However I would prefer to have a room service.

The cleanest hotel we've visited in Europe, the rooms seemed brand new! The location for us was also perfect as the highway junction is about 2 minutes away. Breakfast was perfect, with fresh refills as soon as it ran out.

Everithing was perfect since very first moment. The staff gives extra touch and goes far and beyond to assist you. New favorite place to stag in Zagreb. Coming back definitely.
