Clean and spaceous rooms, good attached bathrooms. The host Francesco was exceptional, in taking us through all the facilities and area around. He was very responsive to every query or request we made. .

Kitchen is small. It was okay for us because we did not intend to do any cooking. If you want to stay and do all the cooking this is not the ideal place. The dining room also just adequate to have a light meal.

Naples Has many relatively inexpensive properties suitable for families that receive high markings. Not all of these evaluations are accurate but this one was. The building was older but the apartment was modern, centrally located and comfortable.

Big and comfy rooms, clean and tidy. Nice and cozy beds pillows and sheets. A/C's are perfect. location location location. few minutes walk to the historic area & pizzeria da michele! Snakes and water where available and also espresso machine with capsules which was cool. Francesco was very responsive to every question or request, even took the time to assist us with returning the rental cars to the rental office by guiding us in town with his scooter.

Kitchen is very small and outside the apparent, access via one of the balconies but we did not use it or need to so it did not not bothered us. Corridor floor is a bit noisy when stepping on so when I want for a run early in the morning I woke up my friends sleeping next room.

Perfect for a family or group of friends, one flat with 4 separate bed rooms. Host friendly and flexible.

The place was very clean. Old building with thick walls and blinds on the window meant, that you can perfectly seal yourself from the city's noise and lights. Location of the apartment was good. Pretty close to the Garibaldi station which meant a lot of transfer options in every direction. All in all pretty solid experience for the price.

The size of the bed could be bigger. There was no wardrobe and little space to put your clothes in. It was very hard to park car outside, but that is general problem for Naples I guess. But one thing that stood out was very poor pressure of warm water if there were multiple tenants showering at the same time. Relaxing shower changed to constat fiddling with setting the water temperature.

Breakfast was a packaged croissants and coffee - pretty much what was expected.
