Great location! Close to the lift and restaurants

This house is exactly as it appears online and could not be more perfectly located. 5 min walk to the town lift, same walk with one turn takes you to Main Street. Property management staff is very responsive and helpful. The only drawback are the ancillary services offered by abode rentals (transport from the airport, grocery delivery). All are extremely overpriced. We unfortunately booked transport from the airport with abode’s associate, only to find when headed back to the airport that another provider was a third of the price. Same is true of the grocery delivery (just do instacart). As these services are wholly optional, they should not detract from anyone renting this unit as it is wonderful.

This house is in the perfect location. Walking distance to Town Lift and Main Street. The house was spotless when we arrived and they even had a six pack of beer in the fridge! We used the hot tub everyday, which had great views of the mountains. Would stay there again.

This is the second year we've stayed here, so that speaks for itself! We stay in the summer and, when we're at the house, we spend all our time outside on the deck in the beautifully landscaped yard. We have not found any other homes in town with the outdoor space this one has. The location is great, just a short walk to the downtown shops and restaurants.

This is a very cute historic home just a few minutes walk to Main Street or the Park City Library where you can pick up an e-bike and go anywhere. Everything was in good working order and the yard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was great for our trip. The location was an easy downhill walk to town or just down the street you can get ski in to the town lift. The parking spaces are good for 2 SUVs. The hot tub was perfect for our group. I’d say this is a good place for 2 couples and 3-4 others. The kitchen has everything you need and the management company was friendly and gave us nice little snacks as well. I would stay again for sure.

This was a great property for our ski trip last week. The town lift is at the end of the street, just a 4-5 minute walk in ski boots, and restaurants and shopping on Main Street is all within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, apres in the hot tub was amazing, and the Abode team was incredibly responsive and made all the logistics very easy. The third room had 2 twin beds but still worked well for us (3 couples). I'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay was MADE by the location of this home; up the hill from a sled park that is perfect for our two kiddos, down the hill from the Main St Chairlift, 3 blocks to Park Ave/Main St. seriously - location, location, location. The heat in the living room areas was way hotter than the rooms - that was our own issue but it was resolved by opening a window for some air. The house is amazing - 10/10. We will be booking again for next New Years and hope to do the same from as long as they will have us. I’d also like to compliment the property management company - Abode is the best! So attentive, responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We loved every minute of our stay, thanks to Abode

Easy walk to town-even in the snow. Living space (dining room table; couches) comfortable for six people. TV available in master bedroom and queen bedroom as well as the two living areas. No TV in twin room if that is important for you. House is comfortable and a nice stay, but not high end luxury. Hot tub, however, was fantastic. As it snowed everyday, we really appreciated the crew that came by each day to shovel the walkways and hot tub area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect and the outdoor space is beautiful and so rare in Downtown Park City. We spent most of our time outside and ate all dinners there. We are definitely thinking about making it our home for next year, as well.

I had a wonderful visit to Park City. The ease of getting in and out of the property was great. The little touches really made me smile...the beer in the fridge, the ready bake cookies in the freezer, the TVs set to play welcoming music.

You cannot beat the location of this house! We were less than 2 blocks from the trail down to the town lift...easy walk even for my 9 and 7 year old carrying their own ski gear. The hot tub was great every day after skiing and was well maintained during our stay there. We traveled as a family of 4 with another couple and the split living was absolutely ideal. Our family stayed downstairs with the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small living area the kids could play and watch tv in. And then the other couple had their own space on the main floor. The property was cozy and had all the amenities we were looking for...there is even a small yard (seems hard to come by so close to downtown) and the kids were able to sled and play in the snow. Would 100% stay here again...highly recommended if you're wanting easy access to the slopes and downtown shopping/eating out.

Perfect place for a small group - very convenient to Main Street shops and restaurants. Check-in process was a breeze and management was very responsive to questions/requests. It's a historic house, so the floors creak a bit, but very charming. Hot tub & patio area were nice, although wish they were shielded more from people walking by on the street.

We loved staying here. Two adults and three teens, we fit perfectly. The location is awesome for skiing, just a short walk to the lifts, base area and town. The house is well appointed and cozy. The only thing negative was the lack of consistent heat in the lower level. It got pretty chilly at night. But we’re sure this could get resolved quickly. Overall it’s a great spot and we were lucky to find it!

In the heart of Old Town right next to Main Street. You couldn't ask for a better location in Park City. The house has an old-world charm mixed with updated modern amenities. It's great for families and kids. We will definitely be back this Winter!

Our family enjoyed a week long stay over the Fourth of July. The house is located within walking distance of Main Street shopping and restaurants as well as Park City Mountain Resort. The outdoor space is great and pretty unique to most properties in Old Town. The house has a lot of charm (including creaky floors). The house does have AC but we found it just made the downstairs frigid before cooling upstairs. We opened windows at night and it cooled the main floor comfortably to maintain through most of the day.

We loved everything about this house other than the fact that the floors were very very loud. If you are sleeping in the bottom bedroom, you will hear everything going on above you. Its very loud. Other than that, the house was great!

The condo was fantastic, just as advertised by the pictures. If you are looking for convenience to ParkCity downtown (minutes to walk there) and the access to skiing there, I can't imagine a better place. The outdoor space and the amazing hot tub was very relaxing after a long day of skiing. The management team was very responsive and helpful in responding to questions.

We stayed here for several days and loved it! The bedrooms downstairs especially stay cool even during the hottest parts of summer (no need for A/C) and thus make for great sleeping. The upstairs is nicely appointed with nice-looking wood finishing and feels very comfortable. The deck just outside was great for relaxing and had a nice big umbrella so you could stay outside all day, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub at night! It's located on a very quiet street, yet is within easy walking distance of the old town area with tons of restaurants, bars, etc. Would stay again!
