My family spent 6 night at this amazing location with a beautiful beach. Everything available within walking distance. Our check in was easy although we had a little the keys and water flow in one of the bathrooms. Val resolved both issues in a timely manner. Thank you!

Great location and great view. Despite VRBO portal being down during our stay, Val communicated wonderfully and was speedy at accommodating our requests. Even agreed to reimburse for some items that were not available in the rental. Would stay again!

Our family enjoyed our beach time and this property had all of the necessities. Short Uber ride from/to airport and great location to relax and enjoy the sand, sun and ocean. Everyone in the building was friendly. Basketball court only has 1 rim and needs nets.

The condo/apartment is in a very nice location and within close walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants, bars, casinos, and grocery stores. The Marbella property is very nice and safe and the other people who were staying here were very polite. The beach was wonderful and not very crowded. The manager was very responsive and brought a new cooler to us when we told her the cooler that was supposed to be at the condo was missing. The only negative I could think of was we prepared quite a few meals in the condo and it would be nice if there were a few more pots, pans, and cooking bowls to use, but we made it work. Overall, I would definitely stay at this condo again as we had a fantastic stay.

My fiancé and 2 other friends stayed at this beautiful condo for 6 nights. Best time we had! very comfortable, clean, beautiful condo with a beach we had access too. Also close to everything nearby!

Beautiful property. It’s right in the heart of Isla Verde and has direct private entrance to the beach.

The property was amazing in addition to the view. Annie’s response time was amazing no mater how late it was. We had everything that we needed right on the property to enjoy the beach. I recommend this property to anyone that is vacationing in Puerto Rico. We look forward in visiting the property and Puerto Rico again!

As soon as you walk in your greeted with the gorgeous view, I would sit every morning on the balcony just to see the sunrise and everyday it was beautiful. The condo is beautiful the amenities were amazing my kids had a great time both on the beach and the pool. The security was great we felt safe knowing there was security 24/7. We be coming back for Christmas.

Location and beach were perfect. The pictures of the apartment are true but add in layers of dust and the bathroom ceilings are full of mold that was painted over. I wouldn’t comment normally but this was pricey compared to others of like size.

We had a great time. the view is amazing. you don't have to go any further than your balcony to get amazing pics of sunset AND sunrises. great beach and huge pool.

First off all this property is absolutely beautiful. The view is simply stunning. Waking up each morning and seeing the ocean from the bedroom windows is a plus. Check in is a little clunky but once you see the view it’s worth it. This place is very secure and we never felt unsafe. Has a huge pool that hardly had anyone use it because the feet it’s steps away. The property has 4 elevators and we never had to wait more than a minute. Parking spot is conveniently located in garage close to elevator. Plenty of restaurants within walk-in distance. Walgreens across the street. You can’t go wrong with this condo. We’re already looking at going back.

We had a great stay in PR, we celebrated my sisters birthday in La Placita, really nice place , good restaurants and nice atmosphere. Uber services was excellent. Food was good , Beach of isla verde was beautiful, luquillo beach was also beautiful, little far , expensive ride , and lots of traffic but it was worth it. Loved it here , will definitely recommend it.

This was my family’s first trip to Puerto Rico and it will not be our last and yes we will look for this host specifically. Magnificent location and spectacular condo. See you in 6 months!!!

Nice property and beautiful beach!

My daughter-in-law and I had a wonderful week in this condo in Isla Verde. The view from the balcony is stunning. The ocean breeze keeps the condo very cool...we didn't need the air conditioner! Both Annie and Val were incredibly helpful when we had an issue with my daughter -in-law's medication. They were very responsive to all our texts. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The condo is lovely with breathtaking views and wonderful breezes. The building has a great deal of security measures that insure safety. The area offers lots of things to do and restaurants to choose from. We have stayed in these Marbella condos every February for over 25 years so we are very familiar with it. My only suggestion for the management would be to consider a keyless entry into the condo itself. Sometimes it is difficult to manage two sets of keys with four active adults. But overall, a great week!

My friends and I spent two delightful weeks in this San Juan condo - it was a great tropical getaway with so much to enjoy. We found its location to be perfect: walking distance to stores and restaurants (we especially liked Playa Papaya, Entrevinos and El Alambique), a short, inexpensive Uber ride away from the attractions of Old San Juan and, best of all, situated on a spacious, beautiful palm-lined beach with convenient lounge chair rentals. We thought the condo building was well cared for -- the pool is large, clean and never crowded or noisy when we wre there, the public areas are nice, the security folks were reassuring and helpful. Some reviewers have mentioned problems with noise - we didn't expeience that. Our unit itself was comfortable and full of sunlight and cool breezes. We never had to turn on the airconditioning. The living space was roomy and nicely decorated in tropical colors, but could have used more comfortable seating options. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the Isla Verde beach - morning coffee, evening glases of wine, a constant attraction! Both bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage (the beds, however, were not as comfortable as we'd hoped). There were plenty of thick bath towels in the remodeled bathrooms and a good supply of beach towels. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was especially helpful for us - used often. The kitchen was rather small (as other reviewers have noted) but adequate for our needs: coffee maker, microwave, toastes, all working fine. Both the owner and the property manager were helpful and responsive. My questions pre-arrival were answered promptly - and when we had a small emergency involving the front door, Val the property manager was easy to reach. She solved the problem for us quickly and well. We didn't want to leave! We felt sad to lock the door for the final time and head back to cold Illinois. But our two weeks at this beachside condo provided with memories we will cherish all year long.

Wonderful spot.

Overall, this condo was a good space for 3 people. I don't think 7 people would be comfortable here, even though the listing allows it. We arrived about 30 minutes before check-in time and were allowed to go in. That was appreciated! The kitchen is TINY with almost no counter space. We only cooked breakfast once, so it wasn't a big issue. If guests like to cook in their condo, this would be difficult given the lack of space. We could not get the TV to work for our stay. I messaged Annie and Val. They were both responsive to my message, and said it was an area outage that should be resolved shortly. I was also told that a service call would be made the next day. I don't think that happened, since we were never able to use the TVs. Thankfully we had our Mac along and made do. The living room furnishings could use updating. The couch was uncomfortable, the metal chairs were rusting and the plastic chair furniture is not suitable for relaxation. The bedrooms were generous in size and both offered views of the gorgeous ocean! The bathrooms were modern and we had plenty of hot water. The building has multiple security measures in place for entering and exiting both the beach and the street side. I've never encountered this at any other property before. I was wondering if the area was safe...but I didn't feel unsafe while visiting. We also never stayed out past 10pm, so there were still other people outside. The complex has a quiet time posted after 10pm, which we appreciate as non-party early risers. However, the road noise can still be heard from inside the condo. Cars playing extremely loud music drove past at all hours of the night. Just something light sleepers or guests with small children may want to be aware of. We did not rent a car for our stay. If you are mainly in the Isla Verde, San Juan, Old San Juan and Coronado areas it isn't necessary. Ubers are widely available. We did a day trip to El Yunque and used a tour service for that. El Yunque was the absolute highlight of our trip!!!

Everyone happy and confortable

The only beauty of this apartment was the view…absolutely beautiful but the apartment itself was not. The bed was up on cinder blocks, the mattress was hard, the a/c leaked, the water always came out of the shower onto the floor no matter how you turned the shower head. We constantly had to be drying the floor. The oven was disgustingly dirty. The a/c made so much noise. The access to the building was overwhelming. The place needs a total makeover. For the money we paid it was not worth it. Not happy 😡

Building Manager, Val very helpful & Responsive. Owner Annie - very helpful - sent information regarding stay in Puerto Rico and suggestions of things to do & tips. Condo was clean & comfortable. View is amazing! Condo could use some furniture updating. I would rent condo again if we decide to visit Puerto Rico. Definitely 4.5 stars

Anne was great, the property is very safe and secure! You are right on the beach in walking distance to great food and groceries. We did not rent a car because you don’t need one here. You can Uber anywhere and it’s a short trip to the airport!

This location is close to everything and has a great pool and access to a private beach. One of the best locations for families. Good communication with the property management company. They have been very helpful with making this a great experience for us.
