House was perfectly laid out for the 11 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed, including an outdoor grill. The kids loved the pool, and the walk to the beach was very short (even thought we had to walk across Coastal 1). Convenient to Ocean City & Rehoboth and lots of restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit itself was clean, convenient, and had enough room for all of us in general and to spread out a bit. Loved the location and easy access to the bay and beach. The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again for another beach trip.

There were 9 of us staying there - all family. The house had the perfect setup for the different couples etc. The elevator was a real plus in moving in luggage and boxes. The weather was just getting warm and we enjoyed walking and the seafood restaurants around Fenwick Island. We have come to the beach for many years and this time the entire family came. Great location and wonderful house.

Salt Meadows is the perfect location for a family getaway. The townhomes are spacious and have everything you need for multiple families. The property was in good condition. Could use a bit of a deeper cleaning, otherwise everything was great!

We loved our stay and this beautiful home. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and well equipped. Short walk to the beach! Our host sent us a recommendation for dinner and checked on our stay. We hope to stay again!!!!

We had a great vacation in this house. It was located between the bay and the beach. The kids had a blast playing in the pool, going for walks out to the bay and of course their favorite was the beach . We had one issue and the owner of the unit was quick to respond and followed up to make sure we were taken care of. Margo was wonderful to work with. We found the furniture and beds to be comfortable! The house could use a deep cleaning on baseboards, dust balls under beds, power washing decks, etc.

We stay at Salt Meadows or Kings Grant every year. We love having the elevator to go up the 4 floors. I do agree with the other posts about the old outdated, soiled furniture. Beds were too soft. Had to clean before we could settle in. Other than that I will be back next year for a couple of more weeks! The savior of the trip was Margo.

Had a great week! House was spacious and met all our needs. Crossing highway to beach was not a problem! The walk to the bay was an added feature. Pool was nice. Would come again!

Spacious and Bright Place
Property has multiple decks and beautiful views.The owners were always available to answer all questions and were very helpful. Furnishings were a bit dated and could be more comfortable. Kitchen is nicely equipped but would appreciate non stick skillets. Generally clean except for fans and vents were quite dusty and dirty. TV screens were small for large group viewing. Overall great girl's weekend in this property. Thank you John and Margo!

Labor Day vacation
We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room with 7 adults and 2 babies. Bedrooms were nice and had enough room for the pack 'n play. Short walk to the bay to enjoy the sunset and short walk to the beach with no problems crossing the road. We were able to enjoy a dip in the pool before dinner. Also enjoyed the view off of the balconies. We grilled several times. We definitely would love to come back.

Great location and size!
We loved the location, that we could walk to ocean beach and bay. Trail to ocean beach was awesome! Great dock on the bay for crabbing and fishing. The place had plenty of room for our large group and was very clean.
Opportunities for improvement include upgrading the full bed on the lower level, it was very hard and uncomfortable. We would also appreciate more comfortable seating in the living room for sitting as a group in the evenings.

Great vacation
Property was as advertised. Great location and walking distance to beach and bay. Plenty of room for 12 people. Property owner was prompt with reply’s and checked in with me after my first night there. This was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation!
This was the perfect place for our family (grandparents, parents, and 4 grandkids ages 3 to 7) vacation. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for all 3 generations to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and there were extras like books, puzzles, beach chairs, and a kayak. Just a short walk to the uncrowded beach as well as the bayside area. The kids loved the community pool and many times we had it all to ourselves! The owner responded quickly to my questions and the check in process was easy. Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach are definitely family friendly and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

July 17-24 2021 rental vacation
Our family enjoyed our first experience staying in Salt Meadows. Great amenities; loved the bay views from multiple decks, the pool, the private walkway and non- crowded beach. Crossing the highway to get to the beach was not a problem.
The unit was very nice and having an elevator for elderly parents was very helpful. The outside furniture was very worn and chipped. The interior furniture was modest. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home, we made great memories there.

Fenwick Island
The property was as described. It was very spacious, well decorated, and conveniently located. It was nice to have the bay just out back, and the walk to the beautiful, quiet ocean beach was quite nice. As described in the listing, the house is right on the busy ocean road which made it somewhat noisy which might bother some.

Time flies when you’re having fun!
Our family had a great time at this luxury town house in a quiet community. We enjoyed the beach, which was far from the crowds, as well as the pool and the bayside cabana.
I especially appreciated the host’s quick response to queries and texts from the start of booking until the end of our stay!

Holiday Escape
My family and I needed a break from home and our routine. This townhome provided the perfect place to unwind and change our scenery. The house has good views and was immaculate. The furnishings are beach house standard and serviceable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware that was in good condition. We had a great time here.

Fenwick Island stay
We had a wonderful time at this property and location. Thoroughly enjoyed it! While, when we arrived, the coffee machine was dirty and the grill had not been checked (needed a refill tank) and was so caked with grillgunk that it flared up in flame after my husband cleaned it for 45 minutes (!!), my 2sisters in-law and their families and my mother and father in-law and my family had a lovely time celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The location could not have been better and crossing rte 1 was no big deal. The management team and cleaning needs to be more on top of those things, even if and especially with the enda of season crowd.

This is a beautiful townhouse in a beautiful place!! You can see both the bay & the ocean from the townhouse (top floor for ocean)! We had a great time in Fenwick Island - very convenient to both Bethany Beach & Ocean City.

Centrally located between OC, MD and Rehoboth, DE. Property is spacious and well appointed. Easy access to the community pool, and just across the road from the beach. Had a fantastic stay and would recommend highly.

Multigenerational escape
We had 4 generations together and the spaces worked well for that. Nice small pool was great for little guy and decent beach access for young adults. Furniture in 1 of 2 living rooms not very comfy and house needs more dishes and cook

Excellent Location
We had a wonderful family vacation. Plenty to do in the area (beach, pool, Tanger outlets, Funland, Bethany Beach playground) with young kids. The beach location is amazing as it is not crowded so we could sprawl out and enjoy. After numerous long days playing at the beach, it was also nice to get away and do other activities and we all loved having the pool as an option as well. Only downside was the wifi did not work all week which hindered a few of us who wanted to check work emails, etc. without using data. Otherwise, Salt Meadows is the perfect get away spot for a family to enjoy.

Beautiful home and perfectly situated with the bay, pool and ocean.
Our family had an amazing time at this very well maintained and stocked home. Ages 2 -57 kept busy crabbing, fishing, kayaking and swimming. We rode bikes into town and loved the private path to the beach. We are hoping to return next year!
