Upon arrival we noticed there was no longer an ice machine in room. Ice dispenser on refrigerator also not functioning properly, bed in bedroom on right farther from entrance is squeaking, hair in the bath tub in that bedroom. Last day noticed the dishwasher leaked in the floor. Light in laundry area went out while there. Could use a better light in that area anyway, not bright enough when on. Besides these things, we had a wonderful stay. Also seating on balcony needs to be added. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at the Phoenix! The 3 bedroom condo was very spacious for 3 families meeting up in Gulf Shores for vacation. The location was perfect being right on the beach with an amazing balcony view. We didn’t want to leave!

This condo was great! The view alone is priceless! So clean and felt like home away from home! We also took advantage of some of the free passes of activities, note it’s only 1 free ticket a day, but still great. The only feedback I would have is to improve the internet connection and make it password protected. Families with baby cameras won’t be able to connect to the WiFi without it having a password, so we had to turn our cell phones into hotspots.

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The staff was very kind and answered all of our questions. I would recommend the stay to friends and family. We would stay again!!

We were in town for my daughter’s soccer tournament. We wanted a place on the beach. The unit was perfect. Very clean and big! I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back. Thank you!

We had a great stay here! We never had to reach out regarding any problems, and everyone loved the roomy condo. We loved watching the sea animals from the balcony every morning! Owners are very nice and they even called after our arrival to check in on us.

Beautiful condo, just as described. Easy check in. We requested extra blankets and they were quick to deliver. Great pools!! Both zero entry inside and outside. Slide was great for the kids. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Very nice place, would suggest getting new pots and pans, towels and a new toilet seat in the master bathroom! Overall a very pleasant stay, I’d definitely stay here again!!

Rented this condo with some friends for my wife’s 40 birthday. Had plenty of space for 5 adults and 7 kids. Balcony is plenty big and the pool was the kid’s favorite. Front desk help was top notch. Will stay Agin next year if available.

The property is conveniently located near many restaurants and offers a stunning view of the gulf. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony where we could see dolphins, turtles, manatee and sharks every morning! Spacious living space. Lots of storage so you do not have to live out your suitcase while you are there. And having 3 full bathrooms was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect. Low stress parking deck entry. Laid back check in! Elevators all worked and literally no waiting. Condo was as advertised and perfect. And this comes from a former condo owner! Family agrees this is our new yearly rental!

We had a great time with our family and extended family. Ages range from 10 to 74. Everyone enjoyed their time. The only “negative” was we didn’t have a “memories book” to leave a hand written note for the next family to read. Definitely would stay again! Thanks!

The property is just as it appears in the pictures, and we were very happy to stay there. It was amazing being on the beach, and my kids liked that there was an indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub. We felt safe and close to restaurants and attractions. Everyone was friendly, and it never felt overly loud or crowded. My only complaint is the two rooms with queen beds didn’t have comfortable beds or pillows. I could tolerate the bed, but I highly recommend bringing your own pillows. The king bed in the master was comfortable though. I would stay here again!

Great Family Trip
The room we stayed in was very nice, great view, and well taken care of. Will definitely tell my friends about this place as well as coming back again. The beds were a lil hard but it depends on what you are used to. The people upstairs from us was a lil loud and emptied their cooler off their balcony all onto ours, but that's not the the condos fault...

Great spot, great stay
Overlooks the ocean beautifully and unobstructed, just like the photos. Very clean on arrival - no issues with check-in. Easy access to beach and pool, and it was only for condo/resort guests. Would definitely stay again! Great time was had by the the two adults (me and my wife) and our four kids.

Condo was great. Just a few minor issues…lumpy mattress in one bedroom, living room couches had no support when you sat down so you sunk in, dish drainer needed for hand washed dishes. We’d rent again! 5 stars!

Great space, great beach
Overall my experience was awesome. I booked with beaches of Alabama/iTrip. They were great. Lots of clear communication and checked on us via text daily. The staff at the condo wasn’t overly friendly except housekeeping. Front desk people were not welcoming or did anything about and beyond, just their job. Housekeeping was friendly and apologetic when they were just trying to do their job, like clean the public bathroom when everyone was in her way…. The room accommodated 5 adults 2 teens and 2 toddlers with room to spare. I understand Covid has changed things but I wish we wouldn’t had had to buy the little tings you usually get at resorts like sugar, coffee, dish soap and toilet paper and such. Overall 8.99/10

Beach Front High Rise
View from 21st floor is ocean only and to see the beach you have to look over the rail. Almost like being on a cruise. Amenities are great indoor pool and hot tubs, outdoor pool, and tennis court.
