STAY AT CENTRE

Augusto who worked in the day was very nice and spoke great English so was very easy to communicate with.

During the middle of the night we were rudely woken up by someone banging on our door. We didn’t answer as we were sleeping and the knocking stopped but then soon the person returned and had a key for our room and started to unlock the door… you’d think someone working here would know that there was no answer as it was 2am and we were asleep so wouldn’t even try to knock on a guests door at this time. Still, they tried to open the door with my boyfriend on the other side shouting to stop but still tried to open it. Luckily the door was bolted shut on our side too so they couldn’t open the door. We have no idea if this person worked at the hotel or if they just got the wrong room or if they had other intentions and we could also hear them walking around the hotel after this happened. It was not a nice experience and seemed very suspicious, we made sure to leave this hotel first thing in the morning as we didn’t feel safe here. Also was very loud in the evenings and first thing early in the morning with the near by call to prayer and building works of metal banging together very loudly so we struggled to sleep.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Location was good, close to the main facilities and without problems to take Grab to Orangutans etc.

First we got room with mould on the walls, curtains and PILLOWS. Room had bad smell and was generally dirty. We asked for another one. There was better, but still place is a bit old and need renovation and better cleaning service.

No lift only staircase

The hot water and water pressure was good. The air conditioners was excellent

needs new pillows. sink tap needs fixing.

The building outside is cozy-looking. Close by to the center.

No lift, rooms are tiny, in dire need of refurbishment; air conditioning points at a bed (brought me flu). Not a place one wants to stay, from the first and to the last look of it.
